Amazing food & atmosphere. A little pricey but Pivaz is somewhere special. The chicken shish was the best I've ever had! Service a little slow but friendly staff. Will be back definitely!

Another good evening at Pivaz. Food and service very good. Managed to get a seat at the bar before dining, great cocktails. Only issue is they need more staff mixing the cocktails as the wait time is far too long!

Our table was booked for 8pm and was greeted warmly by the staff. However it then went down hill, it took the waiter 30 mins to take our order and we even had to go and hunt down staff to get a drink. Our main meal did not arrive till 10:15pm, although delicious, this was unacceptable. Our table was forgotten about and the staff did not seem to care.

Very busy as it was s Friday. Glad we got there early at 6pm. Good food. Cheerful waitress. Sat by the window as it was a hot evening. Had to remind them to keep our water topped up.

It was the first time my husband and I went to Pivaz in Epping. The food was delicious and plenty. The staff was attentive and very pleasant. We already know we will go back there again soon.

My friend and I dined here on Friday evening. The only table left was at 9pm, but that was fine as we wished to linger. Service was very friendly and respectful given we were taking our time! I started with an octopus salad, which was delicious and had the grilled chicken as a main. Portions were generous, in fact my friend asked for a doggy bag! They kindly prepared one for her. She declared the meal delectable. We accompanied this with white wine and plenty of water! The prices are reminiscent of the West End, but service and quality come close too. A fantastic addition to Epping's dining scene!

Service and food were both excellent, portions were quite large, even took some home. Very enjoyable evening. Would definitely go back again, very comfortable surroundings.

loved the decor and the atmosphere in the restaurant. the service was a bit slow but there was two other birthday celebrations as well as mine so we understood why. the food was lovely. would definitely go back.

Great tasting food. Octopus starter was very tender and tasty. Meat dishes were generous portions and good quality meat. Desert menu looked very appealing but we were too full to try anything which was a shame. Good service. Menus had seen better days and should be replaced.

Delicious food and great ambience. Lovely to have an independent restaurant on the high street. We thought it was good value for money and would definitely return

Lovely evening. The decor is cool lux with dim lighting, great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and professional and the food tastey. Try the organic wine, it's good.

Average all round!! Food was average. Staff were aloof. Snail tongs were not of any quality and didn't do the job..... invest in better pivaz. Prices do not match the quality of the food!

Food was ok. The table next to us were swearing as much as they possibly could. The table behind we're having a row also every other word was "F". We seemed to be rushed out, starters and main course and out in under 45 mins. So a night out for dinner was short lived. What was strange was we booked a table turned up and went to be shown to our table but the lady pointed and said you are sitting over there, that's a different kind of service.

The food is really lovely here. We visited on a busy Saturday night and there was a good atmosphere, however the service was a little slow, however I shall be returning

Nice food but Unfortunatley was sat right next to the bar. Trying to eat with people knocking into the table,Considering paid £60 for 2. Will not be returning

We had a Wonderful night , food was excellent and great value , staff were amazing . We Will be going back for very soon .

Staff were attentive & friendly, starters were really nice but main courses for our table were disappointingly dry, over cooked & overpriced - style over substance sadly.

Very professional staff, amazing food as always. But this time we were seated in a room where kitchen is and noise was awful. Obviously something is wrong with acoustics in that room. Other then that it was great:)

Good atmosphere and nice food, experience just slightly let down by the fact we let rushed and seemed to be speeded through ordering, starters and mains but then we were left in peace so didn't seem like someone else needed our table in the end!

Fantastic welcome and great atmosphere. Food is amazing and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Food served quickly and polite waiting staff. Would definitely recommend this to friends and will be back without a doubt.

Good food and service, with nice atmosphere. Friendly sand attentive staff. Menu is quite varied with a range of traditional Turkish dishes mixed with traditional european classics.

Had a lovely lunch with my mum today. Friendly service and tasty food yet again. Prawns and lamb shush particularly delicious. This restaurant never disappoints.

Food was lovely, service was very slow and some staff not very friendly. The restaurant is nicely decorated and comfortable. Would try again as this was our first visit.

A lovely meal great service will be going again. Staff very attentive but not pushy. You are not hurried at any point left to you own pace

The food was delicious but service not so good. We wasn't offered drinks or desert for the last hour we were in the restaurant. The waiting staff and chef were walking around with their coats on basically ushering us to go. We complained when a member of staff brought the bill to us and they then offered free drinks. We had a 9pm table so maybe for better service I'll book earlier next time.

A very lovely experience very relaxing and no pushing you out the door the food was excellent I would recommend to anyone thank you .

we went for drinks and dinner on a busy Friday night, after a couple of drinks the bar area we had a lovely dinner, the food is excellent, the decor and atmosphere is both beautiful and relaxed, the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend

Poor service, got put on table next to the bar and waiters were squeezing past knocking the table, was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation

Visited Pivaz on the way through from Sussex to north Norfolk - this was our first visit. The restaurant is very well appointed - not what I was expecting. We only had 1 hour to eat and chose from the set lunch menu. The food was excellent - really better than we expected. Good value tasty food in great surroundings. Would recommend and will certainly return when we next pass through Epping.

The restaurant was nice bar is small, but nice, overall thought it was a nice evening but my only criticism would be - eat quick! They were in a rush to take your order and give your order, we could have had a starters and main and left the restaurant all in hour! But was reasonable for food and about £40-£50 a bottle wine

we went to Pivaz on Sunday with our in-laws and my two year old daughter. The food was great but we wish there had been some more aubergine in the patlican soslu. The lamb used for the shish was quite fatty, which is a shame as the chicken shish was spot on! It would be great if the restaurant offered a children's menu too. Cocktails are lovely and reasonably priced. We would definitely return. thank you.

Food was great..selection on the menu made choosing very difficult...service attentive but not overpowering...everyone enjoyed their meals..have been 4 times now but will be back

Food, presentation and service very good. I went on a Wednesday evening which was less busy than the last time I visited, which was a Saturday evening.

The food was good, service excellent, but just too noisy. Not the fault of restaurant, but the table where we was having dinner try to enjoyed, the table on our right was to noisy, and we had to shout to speak. Was the only thing we din't like. But rest service and food was very nice.

Fantastic decor, food and service. Cocktails were great. Staff were very attentive and polite. I would definitely recommend. We were there until 11pm on a Wednesday evening.......late for a local restaurant mid-week but could have done without the loud yawns from the waiter! Small matter considering how good the rest of the evening was!

This was my birthday treat from my daughter and We had a lovely evening the food and wine was excellent and it was very relaxed atmosphere with good service we will be coming back very soon

Did not acknowledge by booking notes regarding the fact that the meal was for a special anniversary. But food and service is very good, and look forward to another visit

We had an Excellent Meal, the staff were very attentive service, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. This was our 1st visit, but based on this visit it will not be our last. Very Impressed!

Another fantasist meal with outstanding service. I will usually not get starters as I am light eater and prefer to have a main with sides, this evening I had chicken Shish which was cooked to perfection with a side of hellumi.

This was our first visit to Pivaz and we can honestly say that from the first moment we arrived we were met with friendly professional and respectful staff, this set the tone for the rest of the afternoon. The food was impeccable the waiting staff were knowledgeable regarding the menu and attentive without "hovering" the decor is tasteful and reflects the quality of the food. Fantastic choice and everything was of the optimum quality; the fish casserole and squid starter was one of the best I have tasted anywhere in the world! The bar staff and the front of house staff again were knowledge polite and professional and incredibly welcoming. Outstanding in all areas, we have friends visiting from France this week and I am booking today to incorporate Pivaz as our night out without hesitation! Without fault excellent.

Great atmosphere and decor. Drinks menu on the pricey side, but food choice is excellent and all food tried was great. We were asked to move tables to allow the restaurant to take a larger walk in, we did on the agreement of free desert, which turned out to be a platter of baclava which although nice, we expected to choose our own deserts for the inconvenience of being moved!

Dined at 18.00 on a Saturday evening. Food excellent. Front of house service OK but there was no offer to look after my coat. Very noisy so conversation difficult!

The best thing about this place is the service, everyone has time to listen and have a little chat if you're in the mood. And the food, and the drinks. Love it, an amazing treat and I can't wait to be back.

A first visit for myself- we enjoyed a delicious meal, in pleasant surroundings. Tables possibly a little close together so it was rather noisy. but one could not fault the service.

Excellent food and excellent service, would highly recommend this restaurant. A little bit pricey but well worth it, the only down side is they add 15% service charge to the total!

Superb choice of food. Excellent service. Highly recommended. Will certainly look forward to more visits. On a very windy, cold evening it was a perfect place to enjoy the food and very friendly atmosphere. Jean
