Lovely time, lovely staff it's a shame the sirloin steak had a lot of gristle in it and the chips were cold. Other than that we had a nice time

Lovely food and atmosphere, we waited a while to be asked for our drinks and then 4 out of 2 drinks arrived while table next to us who ordered after received all theirs before. Service was a bit slow and inconsistent but overall it was very nice.

We came here for a late lunch on Mother’s Day and the food was absolutely delicious, couldn’t fault it at all. While the staff were very friendly, the service was a little slow at times and we had to ask for more water on more than one occasion after having already asked for some. They also add a discretionary 12.5% service charge but then came back and asked for the 34p we paid short due to splitting the bill, which wasn’t necessary. But these were minor things and overall we had a lovely meal & experience.

Saturday lunchtime was very quiet but service was slow. Our meals arrived 35 minutes after ordering. The food was very nice though. My wife asked for water and the waiter arrived with a bottle; we refuse that and requested tap water, which wasn't a problem. Two mains and a small lager cost £35, and a 'discretionary service charge of 12.5%' was automatically added to our bill. On principle I had it deducted but the waiter said I should have said so before he entered the cost. I'm happy to tip, but don't like it to be presumed - especially 12.5%. The waiters weren't busy, but just seemed to just wander around without focusing on their customers. We had to get the waiters attention to ask for the bill and then, after a wait had to do the same to actually pay. We enjoyed the food but wouldn't be too keen on going there again.

Hi there. We went to the PIVAZ for lunch , as it was my daughter's birthday . We had a lovely birthday meal there. The staff were so amazing and helpful . They were really patient as one of our guests was an hour late and they was so understanding and we never felt rushed at all. They helped with the birthday Cake in bringing it out with all the candles lit also singing along with the birthday wishes. How great is that , such a lovely place for any occasion. Also inside it's so comfy and done out really nice and cosy. I recommend to any one. My daughter Nd guests loved it. 10 out of 10. Thank you PIVAZ.

My expectations of this restaurant were higher, the service wasn't great and the food not hot enough. I had also let them know it was my partners birthday and thought a gesture from them would have been nice

It was a busy night, service received was good, but could be improved. Service charge included made it quite expensive at £38 head for an average meal (1 drink, starter, main & coffee)

food and service very good. Not rushed and very chilled out. Portions are fairly large. Drinks are pricey and could be better. Would be good with some live entertainment

We had a variety of meals from vegetarian - Ricotta + spinach aubergine, Fruity goats cheese salad to the chicken and lamb shish all were really enjoyed. Desserts were good too! Overall the Food was amazing, will definitely recommend to friends.

Great service and very tasty food you have to book in the evenings. The mixed cold meze to start is a good way to start you're meal There lamb shish is really tender.

A warm welcome upon arrival and great service from a lovely friendly waiter. 3 out of 4 of our party loved their food choices but 1 said his steak was not good quality. The rest of us had various dips and squid followed by shish and they were great. The lamb was tender and had a great smoky flavor. Drinks and wine were expensive.

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s great all round - nicely decorated - foods good, and the service is friendly and prompt.

Had a excellent night, service from start to finish was excellent, very consistent and accommodating. Food was lovely will most definitely be going back again .
