Nice place and alright food. There are better places to eat in Liverpool now so think it needs to up its game. Good range of drinks.

Delicious food, relaxed atmosphere and brilliant service. We ordered calamari and sticky chill ribs to start, highly recommend! The kids meals were great too. Will definitely return.

Thankyou to the lovely young lad who served us, rang to say to come a little later than reserved due to swap over at kitchen and knew we had a baby with us, didn't want us to wait. Great service, great food!

I'd say that it didn't match the reviews on TripAdvisor. How you can make sweet potato chips wet and sloppy is beyond me, especially when they were clearly deep fried. It just felt a bit stodgy. I realise it's American food and that it is heavy, but my girlfriend had the veggie burger and it was just like slop in a bun. Won't be going back. On the other hand, the staff were really pleasant.

I thought that the Portland had great food, the atmosphere was good for couples, friends or families' and the staff were lovely. Definitely going back soon 😄

Food was good, on our a lot of the items on the menu were unavailable as they had run out of buns, that was a bit disappointing. Good range of beers and drinks. Good service. I would likely re-visit

I went with a party of 16 to celebrate my mothers birthday. We ate off the breakfast menu and it was really amazing. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. The staff are warm and friendly and made our experience all the more enjoyable. I would recommend Portland street to anyone.

Very friendly staff who where helpful with choosing the food on the menu as you are really spoiled for choice! Excellent food and drink. Pizza fries are amazing - cocktails are good too!

Would definitely visit again! Food was really tasty! I had the pulled pork chilli flat bread and my other friends had the sassy burger and beef curry with sticky rice oh and sweet potato fries to share of course! There so much nice food to choose from and the service was spot on too!

It is quite a cool diner type restaurant so it is an upbeat day time vibe. We had booked the table for 1.30 when in fact the lunch menu only came out at 2pm. The food was good but not exceptional.

Fitted us in on Christmas Eve and we had burgers which were huge but so tasty. The cocktails here are fab and so was atmosphere

Tried breakfast for the first time and it was just as good as the main menu!! If you fancy something sweet then I'd definitely recommend the battered waffles! Very reasonably priced too!!

Good food, big portions, strange menu as mix of styles. Would rather it was served on plates as opposed to cardboard trays, restaurant seems unsure of the style it is looking for. Overall would recommend on price, quality and excellent staff.

Fantastic personal service with amazing food and oreo ice cream desserts! Great quick service despite there being12 of us and efficient booking system which just makes everything so much easier xxxx

Wait service was wonderful. Food was okay, nothing that wowed us. We had pizza fries and two bunny mains. Crowd was a bit young for us. Sadly we won't be rushing back because of it.

The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent! The food was incredible too; it tasted amazing with really respectable portion sizes. I had a bunny and shared a pizza fried with a friend, I was full after just this but still found room for one of their desserts! Everything was really reasonably priced too. I will definitely be going back and I would recommend to anyone thinking of going!

I'm from the states, so I know burgers & they have the BEST burgers & pizza fries I've had since being here! In fact I usually refuse to eat burgers in this country til I found this place! Staff are great too!! Will definitely be coming back for more!!

great food,friendly service, breakfast great value,will be returning to try the evening menu- plus point is that you can book a table for breakfast which you cant so in a lot of other places

Great food excellent service. My husband tried the new beef lavash whilst my little boy loved chicken wings followed by a smurf Murphy. Kids eat free with a paying adult (from kids menu) and Independent Liverpool card is also accepted.

Staff were friendly and the ambience of the restaurant was good. Food was nice although it did take longer than expected to arrive. It struck me as being rather expensive, two burgers, one portion of fries and two beers was almost £30.

Amazing food especially the pizza fries and very friendly staff, will be recommending to everyone thank you guys for making it a night to remember
