Booked online via the app- very easy. We were a little late to the table but the restaurant didn’t mind. Lovely spacious table Food gorgeous and so fresh. Staff really helpful and friendly. Great service, we try and come here everytime we visit from Manchester

Went last night in a party of five. We all chose different meals and everyone was excellent. I had cannelloni and it was very authentic. Hot, and served well. The waiter was very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. (Some waiters hover all the time). The wine was excellent we got through three bottles of Sauvignon , can’t remember the name We will definitely go again to Portofino New Brighton

Meat was tough in my dish but everything else on my dish was yummy. Need to use better quality products guys or you'll lose customers, especially with the Queens opening up.

It was a friendly atmosphere. I didn’t feel rushed or felt the servers were overbearing. The food was reasonably priced with plenty of choice. I had the capressa to start and cannelloni for my main. I could not fault the food at all. I live in Crosby and I will make the effort to go to this restaurant more often. Well worth the journey.

I had lunch here with my elder daughter and young grandson. The food was lovely and the waiter was great with the little chappie!

We visited for a birthday party and the staff went out of their way to make it a most enjoyable time. The food was good and the service excellent. Since moving to live on the Wirral it has become our favourite restaurant.

Mains were good , bit starters were basically Tesco put on a plate, we enjoyed it , but only because the staff and the other people in the resteraunt . If you go , only get a main ,and set your expectations low.

Food amazing am gluten free l risotto chicken and mushroom was lovely staffy friendly and attentive clean and everything hot and tasty always come when we have a concert because we can guarantee a lovely meal

Very understaffed, we waited nearly 30 mins to get a drink and almost an hour since arrival to have our first course. When our main courses arrived, one person served 5 mins after the other, the second person didnt get what was ordered, by the time that was sorted out the first person had finished. A complete disaster from beginning to end. Several years ago this venue would have got ten out of ten, Now I wont go back
