The food was delicious, but I was disappointed as I had said on the booking that one of us was Gluten free and he thought we both were. When I ordered GF garlic bread was told they had run out off bread. Not many pastas dishes that are GF.

Went last night in a party of five. We all chose different meals and everyone was excellent. I had cannelloni and it was very authentic. Hot, and served well. The waiter was very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. (Some waiters hover all the time). The wine was excellent we got through three bottles of Sauvignon , can’t remember the name We will definitely go again to Portofino New Brighton

It was a friendly atmosphere. I didn’t feel rushed or felt the servers were overbearing. The food was reasonably priced with plenty of choice. I had the capressa to start and cannelloni for my main. I could not fault the food at all. I live in Crosby and I will make the effort to go to this restaurant more often. Well worth the journey.

We visited for a birthday party and the staff went out of their way to make it a most enjoyable time. The food was good and the service excellent. Since moving to live on the Wirral it has become our favourite restaurant.

Mains were good , bit starters were basically Tesco put on a plate, we enjoyed it , but only because the staff and the other people in the resteraunt . If you go , only get a main ,and set your expectations low.
