We love eating at Provender. It's a local treasure and the food is always really good.

Provender is our favourite restaurant and we were certainly not disappointed by our recent experience. It was the best ever and, even though we very rarely do so with others, we have to give this restaurant maximum points again as it was faultless!

Provender is our favourite local restaurant, with the food, wine, service and atmosphere all at high degrees. We look forward to our next visit!

The food was good apart from the desserts - Apricot bavarois which were tiny and tasteless.

Good food, relaxing atmosphere with an authentic French feel, some seating outside.

Fresh food. Characteristically French dishes on the well chosen menu. Friendly and efficient staff. Really has an air of a place where service matters and a strong local presence has been established.

After visiting a couple of time just me and my husband, I decided on a lunch date with our two daughters who love delicious food whilst my husband was at work. It was lovely, they loved the food as much as we always do and ate every last bit. The lunch menu is such good value. Thank you :) x

We’ve been here a few times and my parents were visiting so we booked a last minute lunch to introduce them to our favourite restaurant and it did not disappoint as l usual. My mum said it was the best food she’d ever eaten and loved the atmosphere and attention in the restaurant, staff are always so accommodating. Thanks again everyone :) x

Really enjoyed the new menu at Provender, some great new additions and happy to see some old favourites are still available too. Veal wellington was delicious, as was the steak. I’m looking forward to trying the duck and the rabbit next time.
