Recently been refurbished and new plans in place to add to the eating out experience. Food was excellent and our party of 12 was looked after by the friendly staff, well worth a return visit as my guests left happy at the end of the night.
Food is magic . Will be great when the decor has been completed. Will be nice to see some deals like 2 for 1 on main courses.
Food was superb with a good selection in the menu. We were met with a warm welcome and excellent service throughout. Definitely would go back again and recommend highly.
Staff very pleasant, meal lovely and well presented. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends without hesitation. This is a very welcoming and delightful experience.
Food is delicious staff very friendly but the service wasnt very good. We got our curries and nan bread then waited 10mins for the rice and chips. It wont put me off as i said the food is worth the wait and im sure it can ve easily sorted
Never disappoints. Amazing food at a reasonable price. Great service. Every time we go I try a different dish. We'll be back again again. Thank you👍😁
Terrible service and food. We waited for 2 hrs before we were served. Even after taking our orders they forgot to bring the drinks to our table. We had to remind them. Kids feel asleep without eating as it took them so long to bring the food. Don't visit not worth it. If had to do a take away and had to throw all the food away as we were too tired to eat after waiting for so long.
Excellent food and will return soon.Great value for money.Staff attentive and prompt service.Starters fresh and plenty to choose from.Looking forward to returning to this venue.
As usual the food and service is great . Nice selections of meals and attentive staff . Don't be put off by tired decor , as the food is the business .
Punjab on North Street, Glasgow is excellent. Great food and the best service anywhere. Try the fish pakora and the chilli ginger lamb. Naan breads are super light too.
This is the second time iv been here the food is very good and staff are very friendly. You must try it.ill be back there very soon.
Staff and service was excellent and the food was scrumptious. Only down side being that the restaurant could do with an overhaul. Great location and parking close by.
As usual the food and service pure magic. Good choice of meals and starters, the staff always ready to help . I'll BE BACK !!
Nice meal apart from noisy party group but wasn't much of a problem. Tasty curry and good prices. Will visit again no doubt in future.
The food was lovely and the service was great. I went for the chicken tikka masala which was cooked perfect. Will definitely be going back
Nice friendly staff. The food was amazing really really tasty and the best garlic man breads ever. Will definitely be going back to this restaurant.
Just excellent food, we could not recommend highly enough, will keep going back
I've taken everyone I know who loves curry to punjabi & they all love it as much as me. The best curry house in Scotland! Great home cooking, try the lamb chops! You'll never go anywhere else for Indian food again! Ignore the decor you're there for food.
Food was authentic and tasty. It was very quiet when we went and could have been warmer. While we were there it filled up with Indian customers, which we thought was a good sign.
Food was excellent , good value for money . Decor and toilets could do with a good facelift . Service was not the greatest .
Lovely food and friendly staff. Well worth a visit if you are hungry. Huge portions and the naan breads are awesome. Very reasonable prices and the fish pakora is must
The food was good, very tasty, service was good, quite relaxed, not in your face. It got busy around 8pm. 2 courses plus drinks for 2 people < £45 it was good value.
Slow service not very attebtive food was delisious however was not asked if we wanted a desert and waited 45 minutes for bill to come
First time in the restaurant. Overall we were very pleased. Food was very tasty and fresh and came out quickly and in large portions also. The prices were also very reasonable as well. And the draught lager was very crisp. I would be more than happy to return again!
Thoroughly enjoyable meal and outstanding service. Made feel most welcome and good explanation of the menu given together with some history of the dishes. Will go back again. Have already recommended to friends.
The food was very good. Just the correct balance of flavour and spice, and the portion sizes were spot on. Would go back here again.
Although restaurant dated the staff were friendly and attentive, the food was excellent. Cheese nan was absolutely huge and the portions were very large, we ordered too much, know now for next time. We will be going again next time we visit Glasgow.
As always, the Punjabi never disappoints. The food was excellent, and we were given a warm welcome back. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Glasgow.
Great friendly service, really good quality starters and mains. Very authentic recipes. Ran out of draft lager, which is a shame on a Friday night in Glasgow!
Excellent food and service! I asked for what was best for my needs, and they cooked to spec, absolutely fantastic! Very accommodating too when we changed our numbers prior to arriving!
Lovely food, no atmosphere . , Saturday night, at once point we were the only people there, however the food was delicious and plentiful, thank you.
great food and good service , all dishes very tasty , lovely breads and starters. good indian restaurant in glasgow to enjoy authentic spicy food
Great food - tasty, spicy and delicious. Great selection of different dishes to try. Great service. If you love Indian food, you must eat here!
All 8 courses we had were excellent and plenty of it as well. Staff were very attentive, engaging and friendly making sure we were well looked after.
Good curry and reasonable price, handy if your at the top end of the town a very nice bar just next door too so best of both worlds
We arrived an hour early for our booking but that was not a problem even though it was Saturday teatime and the restaurant was filling up fast. We shared the fish starter recommended by the waiter and it was delicious. All main dishes were excellent and as stated by other customers - the nan breads are huge. Will definitely be back.
Quite enjoyed our meal. The sauces were fantastic but in each case the lamb was a bit tough. We also had to move mid-way to accommodate a large table but the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff, amazing food (try the lamb gurmeet!), the tiny detail that stops me from giving full score is the somewhat questionable tunes ("Rolling in the Deep", "Someone like You", "Hero", "I'm Yours") that accompanied our dinner. Otherwise perfect!
Excellent food and service. The food was plentiful in supply and very very tasty The naan bread was the biggest that I have ever seen. The service was very good. Top class Indian. Best that I have ever had.
Hi all I absolutely loved the food, specially tava fish and chicken bone with chef's special rice and naan. If you want to experience a great punjabi tatste , this is the place to go. The ambience is lovely and warm. I am going back to this place again and again.
