As well as all of the old favourites, on menu at Rangrez in London’s Hammersmith area you’ll find some lesser-known but equally delicious dishes, making it the perfect choice no matter if you’re looking to chow down on your favourite curry or try something exotic. Begin your meal with a staple like the samosa or pakora or try some Nepalese momos or the masala corn (boiled hot sweetcorn with chilli, lime juice and fresh coriander).
From Rangrez’s signature salmon toofani (salmon fillet marinated in garlic and fish spices cooked on the clay over with spinach and rice) to spicy vindaloo to classics like rogan josh, there’s a dish to suit all tastes and spice levels on the extensive menu, with plenty of choices for vegetarians too. With its stylish decor and stellar Indian cuisine, it's no surprise that Rangrez is one of London's most beloved Indian restaurants. Head over to Fulham Palace Road in London’s Hammersmith and find out what all of the fuss is about for yourself – be sure to book in advance though as you won’t be the only one with the same idea!
I booked the restaurant for a dinner with my colleagues from work. The first time I came here was on my own and I felt taken care of like I was family. So I wanted to bring my work family to share the same experience and the excellent food. Our host literally spoiled us with attention and lovely mouthwatering punjabi food. I am definitely going back there again and again. As well taking my friends there as well. My colleagues loved the experience too.
Food was great. Place wasn't very full everyone is missing out on a great meal. The lamb starter was tender and tasty. Would definitely return.
They were excellent. We were a boisterous group, but they treated us superbly and the food was brilliant. The range of food was impressive as was the drinks variety.
Rangrez is a diamond in the Indian restaurant market. Great service, delicious, authentic food ~ Pshhh Don't tell anyone otherwise it will be difficult to get a table. Just outside Hammersmith tube station
We arrived at 7.30pm and were seated straight away. Shortly after we arrived, the restaurant quickly filled up. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was really very good. We can recommend the chilli ghobi and the fish curry. The chick pea masala was a little thin in the sauce for my liking but otherwise tasty and the paratha and rice were exceptional. We had two courses, two beers a coke and a peppermint tea and bill came to £72 for the pair of us so not cheap however we felt with the service, the atmosphere and the food together, it was worth it.
The food was great, and the portions were buying if not generous. Good value for money. Rangrez is well worth the visit, would eat here again when in London.
Warm reception from what appears to be a family run business. Clean restaurant, delicious food, value for money and good service. Would recommend to anyone coming to the Hammersmith area of London
Excellent food and very good service from friendly staff. Our food was hot and tasty, and very well presented. This was the 2nd time I've been there and it didn't disappoint.
Quite expensive for a curry house. But right next to Apollo Eventim. so they can charge what they like. But food was good and friendly service (12.5% added). They coped well with the number of diners, who were all going to the same concert.
The items are authentic and drinks are also good. The food is tasty and fresh but bit pricey for the portion sizes. Will recommend to friends for sure for the taste of food.
Friendly staff, food came out promptly, especially recommend the paneer curry, really enjoyed! Easy to get to from Hammersmith station, lovely decor, good value for money
The food was excellent! the service was a bit haphazard but the food arrived quickly with the restaurant being full. Will definitely be going back.
Went beofe concert at Hammersmith Apollo. Just round the corner, very convenient Excellent food Service got a bit slow once the restautrant started to fill up
Booking for 8 with no problems, great food, location was fine and being a Wednesday night it was quiet but would not hesitate in visiting again.
Great food and quick service, friendly staff, two minutes walk from Hammersmith Apollo so very convenient for a meal before the show. Would certainly recommend.
Really good food, although different to the usual expected Indian menu, so a nice change - the lamb I had was impressively tender. Great venue for dinner prior to the Apollo.
Warm welcome from staff. No mushroom pilau and no mixed grill which are 2 of my favourites!! Apart from that. All good and thanks for a nice evening.
Lovely food but a very rowdy crowd of rugby players did spoil the atmosphere. Although I am sure it would be fine on a quieter night.
Good food and friendly staff. Will have to come back. Tried the house specials and were not disappointed. Prices reasonable and service is efficient. To recommend.
