Still the best Indian Vegetarian restaurant after so many years and the buffet is very generous with so much variety. Thanks Rani !!
Wonderful food and great service. More people should know about this

Great food. Perfect service. This restaurant is always consistently enjoyable.
Lovely food, nice environment. No other diners there when we arrived but a few more arrived after. Buffet closed quite early. Asked for bill and was not brought.
Great variety, freshly cooked. Mild as hoped for, and very tasty
Perfect . Had a very enjoyable meal and service was first class.
The staff were all so lovely and had no hesitation to recommend me their favourites
First time! Arrived seated immediately very satisfactory service! Will be returning soon!
As a buffet i do not think there should be a service charge
Food lovely, service good. But ceiling needs sound insulation - to dampen noise.
Good service and lovely food..will keep coming for the buffet.. both lunch and dinner have large variety.
Excellent experience, good food and great atmosphere for Sunday lunch
Lovely food, I had not been for ages but it must surely be one of the best restaurants in London.
Lovely spacious restaurant Excellent service Good Buffet Would go again
Lovely staff, great food. Go early it’s a buffet dinner.
Really nice food & good value! Staff are attentive and helpful. Make the trip!
Great atmosphere. We loved the Temple-like atmosphere combined with vegetarian, healthy and fresh food. Reasonably priced. Very friendly service.
This is a wonderful place for a great Vegan meal. Family friendly and has been a great experience for over 20 years now that never disappoints. Great service from Mario in particular
Excellant throughout. The choice of food was excellant and the staff were very helpful throughout. Replace of empty food was done very swiftly. All this made a very pleasant experience.
Very welcoming staff. Excellent buffet ! Enjoyed our time there. We have regularly visited Rani and will return! Good value for money always . Well done

A very pleasant Saturday night surprise, not having been for many years, and finding it had changed ownership 6 years ago and moved to premises across the road. The staff were friendly and helpful - both during my phone call to adjust our arrival time, and on the night in explaining the menu and how the buffet service worked. I particularly liked the clear content/allergen labeling both on the menu and in the buffet area itself. We chose the buffet option, which provided a good selection of items for a very reasonable price- though it appears the buffet is only available before 9pm. Staff were attentive , removing empty plates promptly and, unlike some restaurants, waited to be asked for the bill. We were surprised it was not more crowded, though were told that Sundays are much busier. Thoroughly recommended.
Service with smile and care. Enjoy the meals. Manager supports us for parking, great. Restaurant chairs need some attention. Will visit again in near future.
great food, friendly staff, nice environment, local parking, quick with buffet - good if you are hungry cos you don't have to wait! buffet has great selection - looks as good as it tastes and al veggie too - Perfect!
The food and service at Rani's are always excellent. The buffet has a good selection of cold starters, including excellent onion bhajis, and hot mains - lovely pilau rice with cashews and a delicious aubergine and potato curry, among several other delicious curries and lots of chutneys (I love the coriander chutney). Price for the buffet is very reasonable. I really love that they have such clear labelling for food allergies/intolerances. It makes things so much easier. And there's plenty to satisfy the gluten free, vegans in our family. (One thing I wonder though, is why there are no poppadoms on the buffet? - but there are poppadoms on the menu) Rani's is a family favourite of ours!
Very good and lovely food. Would love to go back there very soon with family and friends the service was very good and the were lovely 😊
The food was good the waiter was wonderful but I think for vegetarian food this was a bit on the expensive side which was a bit disappointing. I've been to other Indian cuisine restaurants which really give value for money.
We like Rani's a lot. Have been there several times. My sister, who has many Indian friends, says it is not a good as home cooked Indian food but that is to be expected. The staff are efficient and kind and the price is reasonable. The atmosphere is relaxed. The place looks nice. I am happy with the food and there is a good range between very spicy and very mild. And there are plenty of vegan options.
Fabulous choice of fresh delicious food. So nice to get the all-you-can-eat buffet - loads of starters, dal, main courses, lovely fresh fruit salad all for £15. Friendly, helpful staff. There were a couple of large parties making it very noisy and a long queue for food - but can't blame the restaurant for being popular! And the waitress was thoughtful enough to commiserate with us on the noise. Easy to park - even on a Saturday night. Loved it.
Food was hot, tasty and a fair amount of choices. Clean place with friendly staff but it was very quiet on this occasion. Usually it is fairly busy. Price is middle range.
My family and I have been going to Rani for more than 30 years and never had a bad meal Fresh vegetarian food, very clean , excellent service and good value. What more can one ask for.
The buffet was really worth it and included delicious starters, soup and a paneer curry amongst lots more. I only wish they offered coriander chutney! Good atmosphere too.
We ordered from the menu whcih we enjoyed much more than when we have previously taken the buffet. Would recommend it for good quality veggie Gujarati food
Good spread of buffet with lovely starters but bit of downer on the main course of the buffet. Overall worth going once and would recommend the buffet.
Not good. Very small variety on Buffet, most fried battered stuff, not very tasty or fresh. The environment and set up of the restaurant were the best aspects, food was poor.
Not very impressed with the buffet. Not very tasty. Staff and Service very good. Bit noisy in restaurant so difficult to hear each other talking.
Good ambiance and a warm greeting from the staff although we arrived n an icy snowy day. Very attentive waitress, perhaps too much. Food pleasant but not startling but a good combination of soft and crispy dishes. ood not exckting. We were a large group of vegans, vegetarians and carnivores and there were sufficient dishes to give everyone a good choice
Great food, with so much choice. Very quiet at lunchtime, which was good as I have hearing problems. Would have liked a hot/warm plate rather than a cold one.
Lovely meal, had the buffet as usual which was excellent. Really wish they would put my favourite dish, banana and tomato curry, in the buffet though - it used to be there.
What a wonderful experience. we partook in the Sunday Buffet and one of the diners had religious restrictions. Very attentive staff and they were willing to go out of their way to accommodate our requests. Very authentic food. Good service. Will definitely dine here again.
The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. We had the buffet lunch with Masala Dosas that were cooked fresh and brought to the table. We will all certainly return.
