Hadn't been to Red chilli 2 for about a year but only because there are many other choices in and around Wakefield. We noticed in the local paper that they had been awarded best Currie house in Wakefield,we can understand why. We visited on a Tuesday evening so it was very quiet but that didn't spoil anything. They have had a makeover since our last visit and we were suitable impressed with decor. The food,the service and the price were all excellent and I am sure we will be visiting again soon.

Lovely food the best i have ever tasted and i have eaten at loads of curry houses. Could go again tonight so moreish mmmmm

Gorgeous food! most of us had the buffet but one ordered from the menu. Service was excellent and great value for money... can't really ask for more! Will definitely be back.

Friendly staff. Unsure if enough staff as had to remind them about poppadums & water on the table. We had the buffet which was fresh just not refilled enough. Positive that the pots weren't sat there with food just keeping warm for a length of time. Nice decor & lighting.

Amazing food & service as always. I haven't been able to go for a while now and the owner still remembers me and what we've spoken about in the past which made me feel like a valued customer. Will definitely try to go more often.

Lovely meal ,plenty of choice on menu great service and good value for money ,had the special curry which was beautiful and not too hot will definitely recommend

Staff were very nice and the food was gorgeous but was there for just over an hour, had popadoms, starter and main!! Felt a bit rushed!

Great staff. Cheerful and very helpful. Lovely comfortable reastaurant. Extensive menu with lots of choice. The food was delicious and came in large portions! So much so that we had some boxed to take home. I would definitely eat here again and recommend it to anyone.

The food was fantastic and service amazing. Can't wait until my next visit. The members of The Wakefield Archers had a great night out and all gave positive feedback.

I've bee to the Red Chilli 2 several times and never had any issues, the food is always spot and service is likewise. Can't rate highly enough.

Went for New year's eve food exelent staff was very helpful could not do enough for us very pleasant experience would highly recommend it good value for money

A quiet boxing day evening but fabulous food as ever with friendly service. Afghani lamb was lip tingling spicey but not so that it masked or spoilt the taste.

Very poor service, food was mediocre. It took 2 hours to feed a group of 10, we waited 15 minutes before we were even served a drink!

Beautiful food as always. The restuarant has been refurbished and looks lovely. Staff efficiant and polite as per usual. We went for the 4 course banquet for £10.99 each and we was not disappointed.

This place is the best. The service and food can't be topped. It's the only place we go to now for Indian food has we can't find anywhere has good.

Warm welcome (wheelchair friendly). Lovely food with very generous portions, in modern, relaxing surroundings (much better inside than outside!). I would highly recommended the Red Chilli 2.

As always - a fantastic curry. the service is great and the food is second to none. Looking forward to re-visiting after the refurbishment at the end of March 2017.
