Excellent food and good service. Good value fixed menu. Only drawback that it was quite noisy where we were seated. Otherwise a really good meal and very enjoyable.

All three of us had a lovely meal and would highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be going back. Booking are table was so easy.

Been going here for 3o years. Worst experience ever - hour wait for starter, another hour for main. Staff ignored us, fish well overdone. Prepacked butter gone off. Packed and noisy. Undeniably good value but such a shame a good restaurant has deteriorated, used to be one of our favourites and worth the journey, but have our doubts now. Very disappointed with staff attitude - used to be so nice.

This was the first time that we visited this restaurant. Our lunch was excellent, both the food and service and we will certainly be back again.

Excellent food as usual. Refurbishment is lovely. The staff are their usual helpful friendly selves even when under pressure when the restaurant is very busy.

Most staff seemed polite and friendly, Food was lovely, would happily eat here again. Nice decor and atmosphere. The restaurant had a good number of tables full which is always a good sign mid week!

We celebrated a Birthday and Engagement , it was an excellent dining experience, great food and great service and great value for money , we will definitely be back and can be highly recommended

Sat outside on a lovely, warm evening which was very pleasant though the traffic was slightly challenging. The food was great, the service was great and the price was great. We were happy bunnies.

The restaurant has recently been refurbished to a good standard creating a very good environment. Plenty of choices on A La Carte menu and wine list , with very good set menus for dinnner and lunch at good value. Excellent service and the right attention during our dinner , one of the best Italian restaurant in the village.

So noisy, every seat taken. Usually quiet of a lunch time but two big parties in and they have replaced the carpet with laminate which looks nice but may have ruined the atmosphere.

The set meal was good value but very busy on a Friday night, don't be late as you may end up in a small round table in the corner which is not the best table if your partner has long legs.😕

Would highly recommend this place. Friendly and timely service, good lively atmosphere and wholesome, traditional food. Despite being a full house on a friday night, we had no complaints re food or service. Would definitely need to book ahead therefore.

Great food, and service, plenty of variety on the menu, and very good value. The restaurant which was previously looking tired, has been given a total refurbishment, and now looks modern, light and inviting.

Food and service excellent but disturbed by constant, uncontrolled running about by children and youngsters. no one seemed to be doing anything about this. Have been a customer of Il Capriccio for quite a long time and this is the first time that this has happened. Very impressed by your refurbishment of the restaurant

Excellent meal. Friendly staff and good service. Can't wait for the next time . So much choice on the menu I wanted all of it.

We did have a nice meal but the wine we wanted was out of srock. Plus they didn't have the meal courses we wanted so had to choose something else which was very dry .

Fantastic food. The lunch menu is really good value. The staff are pleasant and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. We were not hurried over our lunch. This is a great place for a celebration or just a catch up with friends over a meal.

The restaurant itself needs some updating as it looks quite tired. There was no interaction with the waiters and customers and nobody came back throughout our whole meal to offer anymore drinks. Nobody made us aware of the specials and although the food was ok we wouldn't return.

I took the wife for Valentine's Day lunch. Very well received by the helpful waiters. Great menu and the dishes met or exceeded our expectations. The waiters'll remember us for a 'couple' of champagnes, bottles that is ...... Thanks again ....

Lovely Italian restaurant offering great service and excellent food at sensible prices, the £19.99 Dinner Menu is particularly good value. They also offer a good choice of wines both Red and white in particular the Orvieto Classico.

We went for Christmas lunch. Great tasting food and great service. As you can expect, they were busy yet still very attentive and happy to let you rest between courses. Looking forward to returning in the new year.

Excellent fixed menu, huge choice and enormous portions. Both Italian and English dishes served. Very friendly waiters and good service. One small grumble is that they need to turn the heating up, I have been there twice in the past month and it has been cold

We visited Il Capprichio on 7 December for a business lunch. The menu was quality Italian, lots of fish, seafood, meat and vegetables with truly generous portions. A real bonus was the dessert fridge, which you rarely see in Italian restaurants any more with, amongst lots of gorgeous cakes, 3 different marinated fresh fruit bowls. The wine choice was also extensive, the service friendly but discreet. All in all a wonderful experience in the peaceful setting of Ewell Village.

I have been to this restaurant many times over the years and they never fail to give excellent service, an extensive main menu and a set menu with great choice at a very reasonable price.

Lovely family run restaurant with amazing service. Extensive menu, so there is definitely something for everyone. Staff are attentive , charming and have a sense of fun . Would definitely recommend this place !
