I booked for our son's graduation celebration and on arrival was a little anxious-it appears like a cafe from the street -deceptive! The restaurant has simple surroundings and a varied menu offering something for everyone. Wonderful food at exceptional prices served with lashings of Glasweigan hospitality.

Excellent food, great atmosphere, staff were run off their feet so service was a little hit and miss but did not spoil an enjoyable evening.

Food was very good, as was the service. Nice relaxed atmosphere too. Handy for Partick railway and subway stations. Plenty of other bar's round about if you fancy a drink before you go there.

Delicious seasonal food and very friendly staff who were attentive. Very reasonably priced market lunch menu, great value for money! Sadly was too full for dessert as the dessert menu looked great as well!

Amazing Scottish cuisine and friendly service! Took my American friend here, and have taken a Canadian friend in the past to show them authentic (yet modern) Scottish cuisine. Market menu is really reasonable!

This was exactly what we were looking for. An informal restaurant with good quality food and a relaxed atmosphere. There were 8 of us in the party and we were all happy with our meals, our wine, our friendly servers and I'd highly recommend it.

Perfectly pleasant wee place on Dumbarton Road. Food and ambience nice - feels a little like a really nice meal at home. A couple of touches could help raise the game, e.g. Bread before food brought out or something to nibble on with the tea/coffee.

The restaurant is quite small but lovely - not cramped at all and with great decor. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was out of this world. We were on the set Mothers Day menu - lots of choices and all courses fresh and hot and very tasty. Lamb and steak in the steak pie melted and the presentation was great. Highly recommend this restaurant - and plan to visit many times again myself.

Just the place for a special occasion with friendly staff and excellent food as always. Bonus is also that it's not too far from the railway station so you can leave the car at home.

This is great value. It's easy to find something to like on the menu, with about six to choose from. I thought my steak pie didn't quite work, but that's personal taste. My companion was delighted with her beef-based choices, and desserts were fine.

Excellent value. A meal for 4 - 2 courses each + wine and coffees for just over £100. Tasted great and portions big enough that 3 courses would have been too much.

We live nearby and couldn't have made a better choice with us having two kids in tow too. The staff were so chatty, approachable and accommodating. Food was great value for money (£10 for a steak!) and super tasty. Thanks for having us x

A really enjoyable meal in informal surroundings fronted by very pleasant, welcoming and attentive staff. Our early evening (pre- theatre) booking gave access to fixed price and a la carte menus which could be mixed and matched as desired. The man- sized portions meant that, after a superb starter of West coast seafood chowder followed by an equally tasty venison ragu with pasta there was unfortunately no space for dessert! If you haven't eaten here before, seek RBJ out- I am sure you will not be disappointed.

We had a lovely meal from the Easter Sunday special menu (which wasn't overpriced as such holiday menus often are). Delicious food, lively atmosphere, and very friendly staff.

This is my favorite restaurant in Glasgow, thus far. The staff are really nice, and we've become regulars there over the last year. Great place for either brunch or dinner... or both! The Glasgow fry up is the best in the city, I've had.

From the outside it looks like an ordinary cafe, but scallops were brilliant, best I've had in ages, the roast pork superb, especially the crackling, and such a good whisky collection. All this and ice cream & tablet for dessert at the incredibly low price of £32! The service was quick and friendly too. I'm definitely going back.
