The dish of Puglia region! Paillard of beef fillet filled with chilli, garlic, parsley and fresh parmesan cheese. Very slow cooked in tomato sauce and served on a bed of tagliatelle pasta.
Filleto alla Diana
Grilled 8oz prime fillet steak cooked in French mustard, brandy, red wine, onions & mushrooms & a touch of tomato.
