Nice environment, brilliant service by the waitress and excellent food. I had Kuro-Dai as a main dish which was indescribable. Considering the stander price of Japanese food in the country, this restaurant was not expensive at all.

Nice environment and nice food. The services is very professional and very kind. The waiter and waitress keep smiling and their way to serve customer is very polite. Will visit again

There is a calm and relaxed atmosphere at Ogino, the staff are courteous and efficient. The menu is varied and the food is beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommended.

The food is amazing I tried sushi for the first time and surprisingly loved it an the desert was delicious . The prices are a little more than average but it's well worth it can't wait to go again

Delicious food and lovely ambience - we ate in a bit of a rush to get to the theatre, but next time (and there will be a next time), we'll happily devote a whole evening to the experience.

The food is beautifully prepared and presented, carefully seasoned to bring a flavourful yet delicate palate. We have no difficulty in recomending this quality restruant. We shall definitely return.

Love Ogino, the chefs make amazing food and the staff are lovely. Would recommend to anyone, we travel an hour to visit this place on regular occasions. Good price for fantastic food. Highly advise visiting this place at least once.

Absolutely outstanding food! Extremely polite and attentive staff made for an excellent evening. Had the dumplings to start, followed by crab sushi and beef teriyaki for main. All delicious!

The staff were very attentive, but without being "in your face" and provided excellent service. The food was excellent, for those not used to Japanese food, would recommend the tasting platter for 2 as a good starting point.

Freindly and Polite staff,who knew their job and helpful,thought the miserable buggars would have bought Mrs a drink for Birthday but there you go! Food Excellent.Might go again its not cheap though,but suppose you get what you pay for.Decor good and comfy seats and large tables (not squashed in).

Brilliant atmosphere and delicious food! A little pricey, but the food is top quality which I think is worth paying for. Definitely would go again, but it does seem like tables need to be booked well in advance as it is a very popular restaurant at the moment!

Tremendous experience, would go there again, it really is something different, we took our two teenagers and they liked it also even if one was a picky eater.

Although two of the party of four thought that they didn't much like Japanese food, they had changed their minds after Ogino in Beverley. Only one complaint: no Western cutlery (except by request!)

Fantastic food the presentation was amazing staff very attentive and a nice relaxing atmosphere. When I booked I told them it was our anniversary and when they brought our dessert it was on a slate with happy anniversary written on in raspberry sauce and a fireworks candle it was lovely of them to do that

Our favourite restaurant , food is always amazing and great service. We love the sharing platter to start and the hotate scallops are delicious .
