Great service and the food was out of this world

Thank you to all the staff at Rosa, especially Thomas, for accommodating our family party on Saturday afternoon for our birthday celebrations. Everyone was very friendly and the service was excellent. The delicious food made the afternoon extra special. On this occasion our party was a family group for our afternoon visit, but we have also enjoyed the venue with friends. Lovely establishment, great atmosphere, food and service.

By far the best restaurant we've been. The food is amazing, it is fresh and hot. The welcome, the waiters and waitresses are spot on, they are attentive but not over bearing and really polite. We do not have a negative point about this restaurant.

We’ve been here a few times and we love it. The foods amazing and you can tell fresh quality ingredients are used. The staff are always friendly, helpful and very welcoming Our local favourite.

Food was OK without being outstanding, I had a Pizza which was OK but had far too much wasted crust for me. Atmosphere was a bit noisy and background music to loud for us. Apart from that was OK.

The food was delicious ( good selection of small plates for lunch time). Cost us just over £100 for 3 adults and 3 kids which I thought was really good value for moneyespecially considering how full we were. Our waitress was lovely too! My sister and Mum commented on the music being inappropriate for an Italian at lunch time: repetitive dance music (chilled out type) but that was their only quibble. My 5 year old, however, loved the music and wanted to get up and dance. Overall, it was lovely food and service and I will go back again!

Horrific. Greeted at the door by someone thinking it’s acceptable to make fun of your name when it’s your first visit. To sit down and listen to tables chasing after their food as it’s not arrived. For it then to arrive incorrect. A very quiet Monday night, only 8 tables. Loads of staff on. Needless to say we didn’t stick around. They won’t be getting a penny from me. Shocking place with very very low standards.

Food and place was lovely but they forgot the side plates for our starters and charged for a drink which we didn’t receive

Booked for 5.45 had to wait 45 mins for our table. People were walking in and going straight to their table so had to remind the staff we were still waiting. Staff were very friendly cocktails were fab . Food was lovely but feel it needed better management . Didn't leave till 9. Not a fan of a service charge would rather tip. But paid it anyway

Good food, however service was below par, especially with a 12% service charge added on. Not sure anywhere in Westhoughton justifies a service charge

Amazing food, really good choice for the lunch menu. Good choice of cocktails and drinks. Speedy service, we went as a group of three and we were all pleased with our choices.
