Excellent food, excellent service and excellent ambiance. This restaurant is one of the best in Worcester and continually is of the highest quality. Only niggle is the single front door that cusrtomers fail to close and lets in the cold.

Saffron’s is in my view one of the best non chain type restaurants in the city of Worcester. We are always extremely satisfied with the service and most importantly the food.The staff are wonderful too.

Excellent service and quality food at reasonable prices. The option of a steak and wine combo for two people was a great deal for a mid week meal.

Excellent food and service. Friendly staff. Good choices very of wines. Comfortable and nice atmosphere. Recommend the trio of fish starter and the blade of beef was full of flavour.

Saffron was a cosy place, and the service was good. But the food was a big let down, I had halloumi to start which you can't get wrong really. There was a limited menu due to the Christmas market being on. So we both went for the rich beef and red wine casserole which the menu said came with a serving of new potatoes. When the small dish came with no potatoes on the plate it was served on, I asked where the potatoes were and was told it all comes in the dish. My companion had no potatoes at all and I had a half of a very small one, the waiter when we asked for more potatoes said they had accidentally left them out, and gave us a plate with extra potatoes on. The casserole was nothing near rich the sauce so runny and tasteless one consolation was the beef what there was of it was not chewy. Will probably not go here again. We didn't complain at the time as we were on a shopping trip from South Wales and time were on a tight shedule. Think our faces said it all though we were not asked how the meal was.

Great service,great food.Enough variety on menu to suit most tastes. Even though it was full the restaurant staff were polite and efficient dealing with our various requests for sauces/drinks etc. This was the second year we have been to Saffrons ( Worcester Xmas Market) time . we will certainly be returning on our next visit to Worcester. Fantastic good, great staff & lovely atmosphere! The menu was large enough for a good choice but small enough as not get confused with what you’d like to eat. I think that says it all! Would recommend & definitely visit again.

This was or second visit to this popular restaurant. The food was fine, but sadly, not good enough to tempt us back for a third time.

Excellent food. Beautifully presented. Polite friendly staff. Have never had a meal here that has not been excellent. The prix fix menu is a great way to sample a range of dishes at a reasonable price.

Excellent service with incredibly attentive staff, yet not intrusive. Lovely atmosphere in the bistro, very cosy but in no way cramped. The standard of the food was very high and we really enjoyed our night there and look forward to going again.

Lovely food, great service, would recommend. . Steak deal very good value. Toffee fudge pudding to die for. Nice atmosphere, great fro a special occasion.

Really nice staff and very good food. We went to Saffrons last minute as we had just arrived in Worcester. Menu was interesting with a good choice. Would definitely go again.

Prixe menu was very good value for money, wine list and Gin selection was ideal and with pleasant service, made for an enjoyable Saturday lunch.

My visit to Saffrons was first class. My main course,Bream, I could have eaten again, it was so good. The section of cheese was also excellent.

Friendly staff, attentive and lovely meal. Gladly recommend. First time we have been there and it will not be the last. Cosy atmosphere in the restaurant.

We enjoyed our meal at Saffrons Bistro and would love to eat there if we visit Worcester again. We would recommend it for an overall pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Service was good & food was tasty. Unfortunately both duck dishes were not hot enough. One dish was refunded, which was fair enough & welcome.

Nice variety on menu, good quality food, took a little while for service to order drinks but otherwise a nice place, would happily return again

The service was very good . Staff were friendly and the resteraunt had a great setting and atmosphere. I would come here again with friends and family in the future.

Very good food and excellent service. One of our favourite restaurants. The cost is very reasonable and a great selection of dishes on the menu.

Really lovely food. Perhaps a slightly limited menu but all done well. Puddings were a particular highlight. A little disrupted by people arriving for the gin night and not shutting the door, but staff were as frustrated about this as customers and tried to keep on top of it.

Lovely meal for 2 on Saturday night. Booking confirmed very easily and always a nice place to go out to eat at. Recommend to book early.

Lovely food and excellent service. I would recommend eating here. It was good to eat in an independent restaurant and we will go back again.

The food was lovely, though the risotto for girlfriends main course was underdone which was a shame. The wine was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. Will definitely be coming again.

Have enjoyed lunches here over many years. This was one of our evening meals. Consistently excellent food and service. Reliable and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone who wants different food to the normal chain restaurants. I particularly like their cheese selections.

Service was good and most of the food we really enjoyed. The risotto however was not pleasant, stodgy and the bad was a bit overpowering. We did have a nice evening and with the exception of this food blip, which I'm sure was not typical, we're very happy.

Went thereally on a Tuesday. We had the special deal which is 2 steaks (T bone steak or Swordfish steak with a bottle wine for 2 people £35. We had one of each. Both cooked to perfiction. Staff were welcoming and very helpfull.

This was our delayed wedding anniversary meal and the last day before I have my next round of chemotherapy and as usual the food, service and music choice was superb. Looking forward to the next visit.

We had a very good meal. The staff were attentive, responsive to requests and the food was excellent. Overall a great experience and a good evening all round.

Fantastic choice of wine and lots of tasty foods to choose from. Our chicken in creamy tarragon sauce was sublime and my mum had the rack of lamb with cous cous it was a taste explosion. White chocolate mousse delicious and cheese board and chutney worth having. Service as always was fabulous.
