We were brought a gift experience from buyagift and booked a table here from the choices available. After traveling all the way to London for a special dinner we were rudely turned away at the door. The restaurant claimed they have nothing to do with buyagift, and that we should have booked a table (We did) and told them about the voucher (We did) after an embarrassing ordeal and having to find a restaurant elsewhere we are appalled with the service we received. I would not return, very disappointing.

Food was lovely but we arrived for a 7pm booking no table available until 7.30. Very slow service including drinks and food, restaurant very busy not enough serving staff. Children's party going on we could barely hear ourselves talk.

over 30 mins waiting for 3 pizzas...including a matgherita for a child. One pizza was wrong so we had to wait even longer and the right ones were just re heated instead of making them from scratch.

Always experienced fantastic Italian food here - particularly the pizza. Came away last night once again feeling like I'd got good value for my money - a difficult achivement in London. Would be happy to return in the future.

The Italian food is always amazing and that was not different, the food was really good and we didn't wait to long to have it, but the staffs weren't really friendly.

It was a nice restaurant with great dishes and friendly staff, was only slightly let down by the deserts as everything else food wise was on point.

Unpleasant experience and judging from other bad reviews it seems that there is an issue with the staff's rude and hostile attitude. That is what we experienced certainly. Some customer training wouldn't go a miss, and perhaps paying staff enough to actually care about their job as I'm assuming that may be the issue here. We were hoping this would be a nice new local for us but sadly won't be returning again.
