lovely food and service was good. would go again .

The food was delicious and the range of deserts available were great. Just one thing, if the payment bit could be smoothed out because it felt disjointed fron the whole experience.

The receptionist can be bit more loud and welcoming. Taking payment before food is absurd. The staffs were also lunch at our lunch time. Not a wide variety of options for vegetarian as like the Non veg had. The dosa counter was not ready and we had to wait in front of that with the plates on our hand like beggar when the person in charge vanished in front of our eyes for his lunch even after I placed my order to him.

Food was lovely although some things were laid out in the wrong section. Eg bread rolls not with starters and by the butter but in the mains section, My mum and sis are vegetarian and felt not much veg starter choice so she asked the chef who was really helpful and sent her to the mains section where there was a chickpea and spicy potatoe veg starter that was not part of the self serve so you had to know it was there and ask for it. My son was disappointed there were no mozzarella balls but they all had full bellies when they left! We booked for 7pm and by 8ish it was very busy so the staff weren’t as quick clearing the plates. Some reviews have said they were given the bill at the start but we weren’t, it came at the end. Despite it being a very busy Friday night we weren’t rushed at all to leave and all food was hot and replenished quickly.

The bowls all had chips in the rims of the bowl some of the areas looked as if they had not been cleaned properly the dessert s station looked like the same utensil’s had been used on all the desserts however the food was good in all it lacks some attention to detail staff were polite and friendly

Amazing food gets expensive when regular coming could do with discount card or loyalty discounts on visits as gets very expensive for our family of 4 but we absolutely love coming here it’s our favourite place to come wow food is so good staff are so friendly

We had booked Saphari for my 50th birthday celebration meal and having been here before we expected the food to be as it was previously but the standards have dropped completely. There were hardly any variety of vegetarian dishes and if there were they were not topped up. Everything was cold. Dosas were being made later on in the evening and the sambar was cold. Experience wasn’t great, but still paid the amount as you would for a decent buffet. Would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone! The manager was too busy to see us.
