Big place, comfortable tables, cold beer, good wine, kind attention, all of which makes it an easy good restaurant. But the best of it is the excellent food.

I’ve been hear many times, one of the best - I came my Deere this time expecting it to be quieter, I was wrong, it seemed very busy - the onion bahji’s are the best I’ve had in the world!!!! I would love to see a vegetarian menu, rather than “we can do all as vege option” But cannot fault this place - apart from being too crowded!!

Excellent family meal as always. The extra Happy Birthday singing and a lovely chocolate cake was the perfect finishing touch. Definitely recommend this well established restaurant.

I loved the sharjan for my birthday and I couldn’t even fault the food at all. The Sunday deal was amazing and you definitely got your money’s worth. Would highly recommend !

Very impressive entrance way with space to hang coats; attractive decorations giving an authentic ambiance. Very warm welcome and lovely service throughout. Food well presented, good quality and tasty.

We arrived at 9.45 pm when most diners had gone home. Nonetheless, we received excellent service and enjoyed very good, authentic dishes. Shajan never disappoints.

The service was brilliant and the food was absolutely beautiful! I can’t believe how busy it was for a Wednesday night! The staff weren’t faxed by it and we didn’t feel rushed off our table!

Food and service were excellent. However it all felt too rushed. Came here as a burthday treat for my husband and we were served 3 courses in leaving in less than an hour. Disappointed and not what I would expect from a restaurant with such a good reputation.

Great food, fast service. They should offer a kids menu though, a smaller portion of the adult size would be perfect. Can't beat their garlic naan breads!

We had heard good things about Shajan and had been meaning to visit for a while. We managed to get a table for 6 with a few hours notice on a Sunday, and were very happy with the food, service, and value for money. Excellent experience and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Service, staff and food excellent. Staff very engaging without being too much in your face and were able to answer queries without hesitation. No pressure put on us, we were able to enjoy the evening at our pace.

good welome good service perhaps a little to quick my chicken tika masala source nice chicken dry and ,all in all not the best but had much worse .To rushed to sum it up feel as though they want to get you out. had better value for money in indan restaurants cheers mr thomas.

On holiday in the area, restaurant was recommended. Friendly staff, busy restaurant. Food good, decided not to have starters as often this can be too much to eat. Couldn't finish main course but very tasty.

We had a wonderful evening meal in super surroundings to celebrate sons 21st. Nothing was too much trouble. Quality of the food is simply the best in the area.

Quick friendly service. Food was delicious as always. As soon as people leave, the tables are cleared and reset ready for the next guests. Best place around to go for a curry!
