Excellent food and service. A really nice restaurant to visit

We had a really lovely evening. The food again was excellent and the staff were very helpful, polite attentive. This has been our fourth time eating at the Shapla Ferring. We look forward to more great food and evenings.

We love to visit Shapla, so convenient and just a short walk from home. Having eaten Indian style curries all over the world, must say Shapla is excellent and right up there with the very best. The food is authentic and delicious, fresh ingredients, an extensive menu, always served piping hot on hot plates and the service is friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for money especially as you BYO alcoholic drinks. Cannot fault anything and wish the delightful owners Emad and Syeeda every success. Excellent!

Fantastic place beautifully decorated Small and rather noisy as place was full Constant people coming in and out ( we were by the door so a little chilly each time for opened) Food was AMAZING Would def go back again and maybe have a later sitting so wouldn’t feel rushed

So noisy with a couple of very loud tables. We couldn't have a conversation between ourselves. Thank goodness the food is sobamazing, as are the staff. Might be worth considering some form of noise absorbtion panels?

Intimate restaurant with a nice range of options including a fair number of fish offerings. The thing that was noticeable was that food was not oily and was well presented. I thought rice was on the expensive side at £5.50 a portion but otherwise reasonably priced. Of course you save money by not having to buy alcohol as it BYOB

Great food along with great service thank you reasonably priced

It was my birthday get together with family and we all agreed that it was an excellent choice of venue. We had read so many good reviews, it certainly lived up to them and we're so looking forward to going again soon. It's the best Indian restaurant I have been to, we are so lucky to have a restaurant of this quality in Ferring.
