Great food (beef and lamb Sunday lunches), excellent, friendly service. Thoroughly enjoyable two hours or so. Absolutely recommend for a Sunday lunch with pre- and after drinks.
It's a nice place with a good atmosphere but the food is just not that great. we all had the Sunday Lunch and all commented that the meat, both lamb and beef were tough and the carrots, broccoli and cauliflower were all rock have and not cooked.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and food was plentiful and excellent quality. Be prepared to wait slightly longer for the food but absolutely worth waiting for and nice to not rush a meal. Have been several times and never been disappointed.
There was an error with my order and I was given the wrong main course. This was quickly corrected and with lots of apologies. The manager also deducted the cost from the bill.
Great food, and the staff were very accommodating. Will be coming back again for a Sunday Lunch as the food is reasonably priced for what you are given.
Always a great experience eating here - one of the best Sunday roast menus in Southampton! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again soon.
Not really impressed, food cold ,had to be reheated, staff almost invisible and charged 20per cent service charge for the previlige . Nice place but let itself down yesterday
Visited for the first time for Sunday lunch, which had very good flavours and was excellent value. The service and atmosphere was very good and the restaurant had a great vibe.
