Very good food. Nice ambience. The staff were very attentive and checked whether we enjoyed our courses. I would recommend the restaurant to Persian cuisine lovers.

Cosy persian restaurant a stone's throw from covent garden. Excellent diverse menu. Had the mixed grill and duck pomegranate stew. Both amazingly well flavoured and succulent meat.

Despite booking, they didn't seem to expect us. Food was better than average but not exceptional. My only real complaint is that they have Coke listed on the menu but serve Pepsi - not a big deal to most people I know but it's one of my pet hates.

Lovely tasty food at very reasonable prices and a prompt service. This was the first time I've visited Simurgh but I suspect it won't be the last.

Amazing Iranian food in a wonderful atmosphere. We had a couple stews and by the end wanted to try all the others on the menu. Also Try the Persian tea it's absolutely delicious

Attentive service, tasty food and conveniently positioned close to theatres. This was my 3rd visit to Simurgh. Caters well for vegetarians. Persian ice cream was delicious

The food here is amazing. There is a good selection of vegetarian food which is perfect for me It is a friendly, relaxed place with lovely staff. I will definitely be going again.

the food is plentiful and tasty. The service is really good and the overall atmosphere is terrific. We have been there twice in the last week and would return readily. The wines are not that good--dont bother. Go for the food--its worth it.
