Food and service are both very nice. We had a wonderful Sunday roast and breakfast and we enjoy the environment amd every thing there! Good
It was all very good. We were given a good table by the window, there is good choice of food (we are vegans!) and the service was excellent. The only criticism, which is very minor was that it a little difficult to cut up the vegetables in the Buddha bowls!
Excellent food and service. Really enjoyable evening. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. We had our dog with us and we were all made to feel very welcomed. Food was lovely and lots of options for GF. Would highly recommend the restaurant.
Excellent, food was lovely, a delightful take on breakfast. The service was unbelievable, such pleasant and genuinely helpful people. And despite being busy, we were served in no time at all! Would 100% recommend this place.
Nice food and great atmosphere. Service was a little slow but picked up towards the middle of our meal as we were in a group and they were quite busy.
The servers were not very attentive and our food arrived before our wine. The sunday roast was soggy and the roast potatoez we soft but the veg was hard. Gravy was weak and too thin. Disappointing sunday lunch.
A very nice waitress from Ukraine and lovely food and really nice coffee but too much arguing ( not your fault ) my daughter was quite scared.
Such amazing food! Will definitely be going again, So fresh! Can’t fault the customer service, lovely waitresses! Can’t wait to go back again soon :)
Good place to meet friends which we did great food and good decoration good atmosphere and good staff easy to get to by bus walk
The restaurant is lovely, nice decor and exceptionally nice staff. We had vegan breakfast which was good and filling but would have expected just a bit more. The toasted bread was so hard that we couldn’t cut it with our knives. The other thing is that the place where we were seated was way too loud. I’m sure it was because of the prosecco deals which all the other tables had...might be a good idea to have a different seating area for these...not how I imagine breakfast at 11 am. Apart from this, I think we’ll give the place a second chance.
the staff were very considerate of the time we has to wait for our food as a baby shower party of 20 had placed their orders just before us meaning we has a 20 minute wait for our food - the waitress recognised this was a long time for us to wait and offered us 20% off the bill. the food was delicious and very filling. I couldn't choose what to have as there were so many yummy options available. I will definitely be returning asap and will recommend to friends and family. the decor was also very beautiful.
Very slow service. Had to go and get the menus ourselves as the wait was too long, not enough service e staff on duty, items ordered never arrived, not enough glasses brought over to table so again had to get up and ask for another glass,
I was excited about visiting Six as I'd read good things, but it disappointed. The avocado on my burger was brown and hard and my husband's egg wasn't cooked enough - practically raw. The service wasn't great either. Our food took ages to arrive and we weren't asked how our food was, once. The only good thing was my turmeric latte, which was generous in size, nicely warm and tasty. Another good thing was that once we mentioned the avocado it was removed from our bill with apologies from both waiters. The place is smartly decorated and comfortable but we both agreed it was more style over substance and wont be returning.
Valentines Date - the restaurant was beautiful! I was disappointed we couldn't use the main menu but liked things on the set menu so it wasn't the end of the world. staff were lovely the atmosphere was romantic i enjoyed myself. Food was tasty. Only other negative was I didn't notice i had to pay extra for chicken in my Buddha bowl until the bill came. Would come again had a lovely evening
Party of 6 and all the food was nice other than the chicken burger. The chicken had skin on it and that wasn't very nice. So for the £180 charged for 6 of us it wasn't really justified. Thanks
Great service great food also allowed dogs in and they were great with them too 100% recommend had Sunday brunch awesome. Will be there again soon
Great food and fantastic service. Brilliant value with bottomless brunch. All you can drink prosecco for an extra £15 what more could you possibly want?!
The service was great; but the main course sunday lunch was disappointing. Well presented but the roasted vegetables (parsnips and one small potatoe) were hard and not at all roasted, just slightly coloured. Pudding did not have raspberry coulis as stated. Starter was good. But nice place and daughter enjoyed her 21st birthday.
Can’t fault the food it was lovely but service was very poor , there was only one girl who was helpful and pleasant, disappointed would be afraid to recommend others to go there
Great chicken burger and Buddhabowl salad with extra chicken. The chicken wasn’t boring breast but tasted like roast chicken thigh - delish. Service a bit slow but, hey, this is Christmas. Will definitely go again
Several vegan items not available leaving poor choice. No real attempt to rectify. Also small sharp object in dessert. Money taken off for that but no real apology Would not return
Our waitress was very busy but attended to us well and promptly and with great courtesy. Experiences in places such as SIX are often down to the training, or otherwise (!), of the staff and she made our visit very enjoyable. Oh and the food was great.
Really poor service! They forgot to put 5 of our meals through so all ate at different times. Food was cold and didn’t really get any service!
Great place a little way out of the main shopping area but food choice for brunch excellent and fantastic unlimited prosecco deal worth every penny!
Really great food, good service and lovely decor. Cocktails were tasty and the ginger sea bass was delicious. They were very patient with us waiting for the whole group to arrive too.
This is the second time i've been to this restaurant, and whilst our first time was outstanding, this time felt a little lacklustre. I don't know if the restaurant is under new ownership, but the vibe felt a little different, the menu was not as extensive as it was last time. That being said, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and tentative.
Very good food and attentive service. Good menu choices and nice coffee. Would recommend for brunch. Was slightly disappointed to see that they charge extra for soya milk in coffee- this seems a little unfair.
Beautiful table, great menu. Wonderful and dedicated service. Only thing missing was the menu item a few of us wanted and alcoholic drinks don't seem to be their specialty! Everything else was fantastic.
The food was great but unfortunately the service was not fantastic. We ordered tea and coffee at the beginning for people who weren't drinking alcohol and it didn't arrive until after we'd finished our meal. Not good.
The food was delicious, but the service was quite slow at times - especially when we initially sat down and when we asked for the bill.
Got the perfect table. One order was wrong and my daughter found a hair in her dessert which did not belong to her. Attentive staff and good food and wine.
Roast beef was good but small amount provided. Roast vegetables were great. Lack of service let them down. Were more interested in a family function than looking after their paying customers.
A lovely mother & daughter brunch! Delightful service from our waitress Jacqueline! The food was delicious and the unlimited prosecco was kept topped up throughout our 2 hour slot! Would recommend
The staff were friendly and the food was tasty, we just felt it missed something. It was very strange, it all felt a bit lack lustre.
Had drinks at the bar - cocktails was splendid and the environment was really nice - I would definitely go back. I did book a table and actually checked that it was ok to do so, but still ended up at the bar, but in the end it was fine
Food was lovely and really fresh. The service was a bit slow but waitress very nice. Their prices on the premium side but nice as a treat
This was a friends recommendation who lives in the area and we were not disappointed. Great food and great service. Shame the cocktails were overpriced but tasty. The profit margin is very high on those drinks!
Great Sunday roast, chilled atmosphere and friendly service to boot
The food was exceptional at SIX - it was tough having to pick just one dish from the menu as there was so much on offer! The staff were helpful and prompt... We thouroughly enjoyed our experience and will be going back!
The food was great but our experience was slightly let down by the service - when we sat down we had to wait 10/15 minutes before even being given a menu, & then once our food turned up our order wasn’t right. We will however return and hope for better service next time!
Excellent, fresh and VERY tasty food and drinks. Lovely atmosphere - we didn't feel squashed in as can happen in some restaurants on a Saturday night. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Lovely fresh organic food and juices with a great menu. Great service. A 5 has been given purely because I could smell cigarette smoke from people sitting outside and the music being played was too fast and not conducive of relaxed eating! Great restaurant!
Exceptionally friendlys, well-mannered and helpful service, but I felt they were under-resourced. There were too few menus, and the food arrived in dribs and drabs. The food was pleasant, and the restaurant was able to provide for Vegan diners and those with food-allergies, but the menu was, I felt, a little unspectacular.
We had a lovely time. The food was top notch and good quality. We had the bottomless prosecco which made the experience very special, however for the last few bottles we were sneakily given cava as the prosecco ran out. We didn't mind as we liked the taste but it would've been nice to have been told and perhaps a small discount for a cheaper type of sparkling wine. Otherwise it didn't ruin the experience I don't think people should be put off by this. I would definitely visit again!
Gorgeous food and brilliant service. Bottomless brunch highly recommended! In Brighton this is definitely my favourite venue for brunch, this is the place for the best bottomless brunch!
Has a lovely time last night, food was impeccable and the service was amazing . This was our first time here - Highly recommended x
I was not impressed by food, it was trying to be fancy and creative but it was not well executed and not actually very nice
Friendly service and great tasting food. The Buddha bowl rice dish was delicious and the Buddha Salad looked really good too. We've had a lovely birthday lunch here and I will be coming back.
Went to SIX for breakfast, service lovely and timed well. Option of where to sit even though getting busy. A little disappointed that almost every cooked dish had egg or avocado in it, both of which not keen on. Both breakfasts ordered looked great, although luke warm. We didn't have time to request dishes to be cooked again. A plesant visit and within walking distance to where we live.
The staff were very attentive and the food was great !! I highly teccomrnd this spot for dinner, I will definitely be back again! Thank you :)
