The decor felt a little dated and there was a slight smell of old cooking oil when we arrived. The waiter was fine but needed to be a bit more smiley!

We use Sorriso as our "treat" place to eat, whether it be for birthdays, Celebrations, or a well earned night out! The food is always superb, the service is always amazing, I do admit, we ask to sit at the back near the kitchen, as sometimes if busy, the front area can get a little loud. But that's just due to my hearing. We absolutely love Sorriso, Thanks for bringing decent, authentic and tasty Italian food locally! Love you guys! and see you soon!

I had a great evening at Sorriso. They were welcoming and efficient and the food was delicious! My only criticism would be the price of the starters, which I felt were very expensive and meant that as a group we shared a couple of dishes (these were very nice!)

The staff are always friendly but the food this time was a bit of a let down. £17 for a burnt Calzone is not great. Quality needs to be better for such high prices

Food was good but the service was not very attentive.

We have been many times to Sorriso, but I can honestly say that the food has improved from our last visit! We were a table of four and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals! Everything from start to finish was top notch!

Food fabulous, staff attentive however it was so cold in the restaurant the storage heater near us is broken they need to invest in more heating, sadly we won’t return until it gets warmer
