The restaurant was almost empty yet they placed us right next to the window, crammed in close with two other couples to give the illusion of it being popular & busy to passers by. Not the romantic meal which we hoped for.

Food was excellent, service was 5*- definitely will be back!

The food and service was fantastic as always. Will no doubt be back soon. Surprised to see a 10% service charge added to the bill (the booking was only for two people). I've no problem leaving a tip if the service is worthy, as it always is at Sotto. However this makes it less of an optional thing - who is really going to ask for the service charge to be removed? Sneaky trick.

First time we’ve eaten at Sotto. Plenty of choice on evening menu. Calamari starter was simple but tasty. Fillet steak was sublime and king prawn and chorizo paella didn’t disappoint. Cheesecake dessert simply served but delicious. Overall a no frills meal with focus on quality and taste. Will be adding Sotto to our ‘go to’ restaurant list.

Food was excellent but service was a bit of a let down. It was very busy and they seemed to struggle at times looking after everyone. We found it hard at times to get anyones attention.

Not been to the restaurant before - food and service both excellent - we might have over ordered a little on the tapas !! But worth it - Can’t wait to go back

Delicious food. Went for the prawn and swordfish skewer followed by paella. Both were amazing!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We chose to have the Spanish Tapas and ordered 6 dishes between the 2 of us, which is normal for Tapas. I did notice that the price of each dish was more than you would normally pay and it turned out that the portions were larger than normal and we should only have ordered 4. The dishes were delicious, apart from the scallops, which were too salty. Will definitely go again.

Whole experience was great, the only negative was it was noisy in there and difficult to hear each other speak and this was on an evening that wasn’t very busy.

great food but we over ordered - the portions are very generous. That said, the staff were more than happy to let us take a doggy bag home - so leftovers for breakfast lunch and dinner I will definitely being going back

I had 2" specials of the day". The black paella with prawns and squids was amazing , so yummy😋😋

Nothing remarkable to say about the restaurant to be honest. The food was good value and tasty, there was very little if no ambience to speak of. The service started well but then slowly went from slow to annoying. It took 30 minutes at the end between us being handed our dessert menus to being asked whether we would like one. By that time we just wanted to go. I can't say the restaurant was overly busy and the staff weren't rushed off their feet - such a shame really as it had potential. It's worth a visit just to try - but we've done that now.

Food was very good and good value for what we got, however the service was a bit chaotic when it got busy and we felt neglected.. One of the waiters ( tall one, looking very busy and important...) didn’t have much of customer service skills, he literally threw our desert on the table, didn’t say a word and walked away. Even the couple on the table next to us looked shocked when they saw it. Luckily the desert was so delicious we soon forgot about the way it was given to us.

Always wonderful food and service. Great for a date night or friendly get together.

Great evening with my wife to celebrate her birthday. Great choice and quality food and very friendly service. If you’re looking for a change then try Sotto you won’t be disappointed
