A lovely venue, excellent food and not too noisy or crowded.

Well I can honestly say it was fantastic we have never had tapas before and it was lovely the staff was so nice dog friendly and was not rushed at all . All I can say is we will be coming again ASAP 1st class night out. They serve Shipyard IPA... My favourite drink.

Quirky bar, with a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent tapas menu, with well executed favourites and some very good off piste dishes. All six dishes we enjoyed, including chorizo in cider, chilli con carne and slow cooked pork.

Was a lovely meal with good staff and nice atmosphere

My partner and I were late arriving due to the carnival. We were told not to worry and seated quickly. We were imediadly offered drinks and the menu. There were lots of vegetarian options. We especilly enjoyed the Cauliflower in breadcrumbs and homemade hummus. The service was excellent and the food very tasty. It was also good value for money.

Tapas to usual excellent standard with an added bonus of a Jazz evening...unexpected and wonderful Thursday eve.

Two visits in a week! Had friends over from Australia and immediately thought South 16 would be the best place to take them. Great service, excellent Tapas and convivial atmosphere and at prices that meant “two visits in a week”.

Chose six tapas items which was just almost too much. Food was excellent. The atmosphere was nice and if you stay late enough you might met the resident Irish Wolfhound.

Had a great evening, cool venue with a great atmosphere. Shared some fabulous tapas dishes of both meat and fish, staff are lovely. Had a lovely evening, only a chocolate mint with the coffee is the only thing that could of added to the night😁. Cool place

I organised a lunch here for a get together with family. I was looking for somewhere relaxed where we could have a good catch up without having to worry about being rushed off. South 16 was absolutely perfect for what I wanted. Staff were very friendly and attentive, food was all delicious. Loved the quirky decor and individuality of the place. So much better than a chain restaurant, would definitely recommend.
