Given the current climate surrounding COVID-19, many authorities are placing restrictions on social gatherings. In the best interest of everyone’s safety, we are continuously updating the availability of our partner restaurants to reflect these measures. We encourage people to still support the restaurant industry in other ways.Learn how
There is an above average number of curry houses in the West Midlands, and there the standard is as good as any around. Wolverhampton is home to plenty of Indian restaurants of some renown, including Spice Lounge, found on Willenhall Road in, well, Willenhall. They offer up a range of subcontinental specialities that delight the palate, served up in sophisticated surroundings by friendly waiting staff.
Lovely place waiters polite make sure you have everything you want. Food lovely very tastey and there’s plenty. definitely be going again. one off the best Indian restaurants I have been to. 👍👌
Top quality food concistantly Great staff Great restaurant Excellent service every time i visit Just cannot fault the place. Would recommend to anybody Never been disappointed.
Very busy so service was very slow. My dish had obviously been under the heat lamp for a while as the chicken had dryed out and the sauce had set across the top. Still edible but not great. Normally excellent so hopefully a one off
In the West Midlands, few things can be guaranteed to delight a crowd like a proper Indian curry, and if you’re in Wolverhampton, your options are many. Situated directly between Wolverhampton and Walsall, on Willenhall Road in, of course, Willenhall, Spice Lounge is among the best of them, with an Indian repertoire that is filled with every delicacy that you could desire to see in front of you on a menu.
When you arrive, take a look at the starters. We recommend picking the bhajis and the kebabs to begin with at Spice Lounge on Willenhall Road, and then following them up with the house speciality: naga chicken is a permanent favourite, cooked in a homemade chilli paste. Remember to pick up booze on the way, because they’re BYO here, and remember to book a table ahead of time before you head out to the Willenhall area of Wolverhampton and the Spice Lounge.
