Our waiter stethos was an absolute delight, he really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond. Although the restaurant was busy he took the time to show us how to get the most of our experience and made suggestions on sides, salts, sauces and wines John the manager was also very impressive with how efficiently he managed the sitting of guests along with compensating any wait times. He was both courteous and apologetic, yet warm. He took great pride in the restaurant and his guests experience. We left feeling elated from both the exceptional food and outstanding service we received

Amazing food, good atmosphere! Only slight issue is the restaurant gets really hot with all the hot stones cooking away and the tables are very close together!

Was a good experience, food was nice, service was good. Only negatives is door left open which was making food cold and we kept having to close the door and little space on the tables

Excellent service and overall very tasty food. One steak was not to our liking and the server (without our asking) spoke with the manager to make sure we weren’t charged for it. Would definitely return!

Great steak and service. Zoltan very helpful, attentive and friendly. Only downside was the noise level so difficult to hear each other, but that's a minor gripe. Overall, very good.

Lovely food let down by poor service. Seated and then a long wait for a waiter before being offered menu and drinks. Having asked for water as well as alcoholic drinks to accompany the meal the water never arrived, on asking a different waiter still none.

In my first time visit with my friends from the USA - it kept my prestige.

The food was amazing great staff too even what looked like the manager was out setting/clearing tables. Both waitresses that served us were very nice and gave us good tips on the best way to prepare the steaks. Would've given a 6 for the overall score but the restaurant is just a little cramped. I can understand its a small London building and it's a busy place but some more breathing room would allow for a more comfortable experience.

Food good. Service good. But far too many tables for the size of the restaurant. Nice if you want to come away smelling of steak.

The Food was really good, but the starter was given to the table next to us. They tried to give us food that belonged to another table and some of our order was mixed up. We ordered desserts and they didn’t have one of them in the end. With more experienced staff and perhaps lower volume of the music the staff will have the orders correct and the overall experience will be great instead of good.

Always a treat to go to Steak & Co when we take a trip to London. Food was fantastic as always.

The steaks were very good, not sure about the cook it yourself on the stone. They did get our order wrong and brought out wrong potatoes- they then brought out the correct jacket potatoes but they were partially cold.
