The whole experience was 10 out of time food was beautiful. Stuff was amazing. We had a lovely lovely time.

Sweet One in Lewisham is a must-visit! We tried the Big Chopper Platter, Oxtail Bao Buns, and Jollof Sushi—every bite was incredible. The vibe was great, staff super friendly, and we were seated right away even arriving early. Afro-Caribbean fusion done perfectly!

Wow!! This restaurant is amazing!! Started with a very warm welcome from David. Then the waitress who served us was very friendly and helpful when asking about the dishes. This was followed by the most beautiful tasting food!!! I couldn't stop saying wow to myself after each bite. Would recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience slow service and they kept leaving things out to the point they completely forgot about my daughters order and after they bought out food had to ask twice for cutlery avoid at all cost

We were surprised by how busy the restaurant was at 6pm when we arrived but after eating there, I can understand why. We LOVED this place. The menu was inspired and we weren't disappointed. From the Jollof rice to the the curry goat and cocktails, it was all amazing, but it was the Seafood Boil that impressed the most. Generous portions combined with the delicate flavours of the lobster, prawn and crab made that eating experience every bit worth the mess made on the table and down my son's shirt. The only downside was the Suya which consisted mostly of peppered gristle. Despite the latter, we will be back again as this little gem in Lewisham is one to be cherished!

The ambience was lovely, staff lovely and food was delicious and plentiful. Only thing I would say music was on point, but a little too loud for conversation 🙂

Absolutely loved it and the food & drink is banging

Good food, good service. The main staff manager that welcomed us at the door stood out as he works hard.

Rasta pasta was served lukewarm had to send it back. Seafood rice smelt like it was burnt (the pot definitely was burnt and they served what they could save I ordered Lamb cutlets and was served lamb chops It was Dry and wasn’t served with any sauce to complement the lamb. The prawn bao buns was pointless but The oxtail bao buns was the only thing I enjoyed. 3.5/10

The taste of the take away food is way better than what we were served at the restaurant. Which was really disappointing. Beautiful decor but the music was way too loud. Service was excellent though.

I’ve been to Sweet1ne twice and every time the food has been superb. I only wish the music was a little bit quieter so you can have a conversation.

It was lovely, the food was amazing and value for money, we had a doggy bag as there was so much food. It was busy, but the service was good.

The restaurant has a very intimate atmosphere which I loved the service was vey quick and efficient. I personally think the music was a bit too loud. The food that I ordered was good especially the oxtail the seafood boil could do with a bit more seasoning/salt also it wasn’t as spicy as I expected. Overall it was a good first time experience would definitely come back.

The food was lovely, DJ was a bit loud at times, We ordered dessert, but were told that are time slot had run out. This was disappointing.

The food was generally good, but the portion sizes were disappointing. For example, the suya portion was so small it felt more suited for a child—it was the smallest I’ve ever been served at a restaurant. The wings arrived cold, and we were really disappointed to find that the oxtail had already sold out (it was a Saturday night!) Overall, the experience was just okay, but the prices were extremely high and didn’t reflect the value for money. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll be returning to Sweet 1ne. It’s an okay restaurant, but definitely overhyped.”

The staff at Sweet1ne were very friendly and helpful. The food was great and very good atmosphere. Very big portions and a great place to celebrate a birthday. I would say a bigger spot is definitely needed in the future.

Second time here and loved every bit of it. Customer service was amazing and great. Would recommend coming here and see you soon Sweet1ne. Special thanks to David and the team for making my friend’s first time interesting and enjoyable. Lastly, the DJ did a brilliant job with the songs the flow was amazing.

The food was lovely but I had a friend who was vegan and despite the staff being very helpful, the vegan food advertised on the menu was not available and there was a considerable delay in my friends order being ready. If booking a table in advance I would recommend you inform them if you have someone with vegan food requirements.

I had a seafood broil which was fresh from the freezer. The prawns were mushy (as if they were microwaved first) and the lobster tail was empty. The dish was not worth £74.99. I was most offended to be told (after mentioning the issue after paying- didn't want to cause a scene) that the food was fresh. Obviously it wasn't and couldn't be but don't lie about it on top of bad food. The drinks were pleasant and the service acceptable. Sadly I had high hopes but won't be returning. I won't add to the accurate, bad review I saw on Google but decided to ignore.

First time there brilliant service and food definitely will go back the atmosphere was great.
