A nice inviting establishment. Food was very flavoursome & plentiful. The waiter was very friendly and informative too. The only downsides were our table was occupied when we arrived and our food came out at different times. (7mins apart).

Sweet1ne never disappoints!!! They outdo themselves every single time! The service was super quick and the food tasted divine! I love love love it there and so did my 1 year old daughter who devoured the jollof sushi and mac and cheese😁😁

The Staff, the ambiance don't mention the food omg they got 100/10 from us. We will definitely be dining again at Sweet1ne

It was the worst experience I’ve had ! Place was fully booked tho I’d made reservations then I was made to wait until a table became available tho I had booked a certain time. We had to leave as we had somewhere else to go did not get to eat !

The food was lovely, everyone enjoyed their meal. The staff were lovely and were able to explain what's in or comes with a dish. The rum punch was on point, defo going again

Exceptional food, service initially was slow but amends were made. Service going forward was really good. A little too loud for my taste but over all very enjoyable. The waiters and manager were attentive, really like that. My only fault is not having disabled facilities on ground floor.

Not enough staff to manage the tables in the restaurant. Full house only one waiter. Food was served without the proper utensils to eat it: seafood boil and steak knife. We asked for the bottle of wine to be shared between 6 but was shared between 5. We ordered 3 sides of plantain, however, our meals were complete and still no sides were bought to the table. One plate of food was served with cold oxtail, Mac and cheese, and wings. The plate had to be sent back. While the food was tasty and the environment was nice, we were unable to pay the service charge as we felt that the service was lacking. On conversation with the waiter, we understood that they were very short staffed when the sitting started. However, this should have been communicated so that the expectations of the customer could be managed. It seems that the staff member on the opening shift may also have been slightly under experienced as the systems for coping with a full house did not seem to be in place. Simple things like cutlery, number of glasses, sides and listening to requests were not followed to a good standard. Premium prices but less than standard service. As a group of customers who enjoy supporting black businesses across the country, we would have loved to promoted this restaurant to our respective networks. However, our experience was disappointing. It leaves us in a position that we would be unable to guarantee a pleasant experience on our next visit to you. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit of constructive criticism as intended. We want you to win! Please be better! All love! 🖤

great food great vibes, but the service was quite slow

Was put at the middle of the restaurant near the door and jus in front of the ordering desk and when we requested to be moved to the more better place the staff shouted and said it was for 6people,I told him it is meant for 4 people and we are 4,but he said he is moving 2 more chairs there but later we he put 3people on the same space.About the food it was not really good and very expensive.

The worst customer service and pot bottom customer care ever. They don’t stick to their own opening times for takeaway, they don’t answer the phone or respond on their social media, it’s actually a joke.

Our waiter saved the evening as he was kind and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. I ordered surf and turf I was promised a ribeye but received a top sirloin and the lobster tail was overcooked and rubbery. I was really disappointed

Everything was just amazing. David, our server, was so attentive and looked after us. Our food was brought promptly and David kept checking in on us to make sure that we were good. Highly recommend this establishment. Keep up the amazing work!

Enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. Excellent customer service, great food and ambience. Definitely would recommend and I’ll visit again when I’m in London. Thank you to the staff Bolu for such excellent customer service, very professional and extremely helpful in explaining the various dishes and he was very polite and patient. The restaurant has cute aesthetics, offering a pleasant visual experience, but there are some practical concerns. The bathroom, located up a flight of stairs, could be hazardous, especially for pregnant women or those with mobility issues. On the plus side, the place was clean and well-maintained. One downside was the service: it was difficult to get the staff’s attention, and the wait time for our food was longer than expected. However, the drinks were served relatively quickly. The food itself was good but not outstanding, lacking a wow factor. The music wasn’t always enjoyable, and the atmosphere was a bit chilly, making it less comfortable than it could have been. Overall, while it has potential, the experience could be improved with better service and attention to detail.

Overall food was good. Server was very polite. Had to ask for side plates for starter. There were three of us but server only brought two. Also had to ask for new plates and cutlery for main. Ordered another cocktail, which never arrived - but wasn’t charged.

Very nice restaurant! Good vibes and very pleasant staff. This is my second visit in as many months both for birthday celebrations. Big shout out to Bola who took care of us on both occasions.

The food was honestly Top tier! The food came hot and nice, very tasty. And the portion sizes are very good. The seafood boil could probably share about 3 people, but me and my girl wanted to be big backs and have one each. The prawn scuwers were one of the best prawns I’ve had. We also had some sought of fried prawns with the best garlic sauce anyone would ever taste. This place matches its hype fr.
