I bought the £39 pound meal with the meats, rice and mac n cheese. The only thing hot on the plate was the rice. The chicken was cold, the cheese on top of the mac was not melted so still grated cheese out of a pack. The lamb was hard like it was cooked a long time ago and when peeled back it was pink inside. Even the coleslaw is veryyyy clearly store bought. The worrying thing was when the waiter was told about an Allergy he didn’t note anything and gave a blank look like he didn’t understand, so it was repeated more than one. He understood from what he said, was that we didn’t like coleslaw rather than allergic to mayo. The rice, plantain and cocktail was nice, that’s about it.

Great service & didn’t wait too long for food & drinks.

1.It started well until tables that sat down after us started getting drinks(2) while we were waiting for one drink. 2. Its called starters but for some reason they brought both starters and mains at once with no prior information. 3. Then it was dessert time, it took over 30 mins, we had to remind another staff then it came like another 7 mins after. Then the dessert tasted like greek yogurt when it says cheesecake and it took the waiter more than 5mins , took him a drink break and a chat to another table before he came back to the table. 4. They literally our table while they kept checking back on other tables lol

It was amazing. Second visit in a few months and they didn't disappoint whatsoever. First time for my friends and they're already planning the next. This speaks volumes.

Food was yum and staff were lovely making the overall experience more enjoyable

The food itself was pretty good however the service was poor! Attentiveness just wasn’t there. I finished my drink and didn’t get asked if I wanted another. My sides came out 5 minutes before the rest of my main, my main came a good to minutes before my friends so I either ate alone or waited for my friends food to finally come and have cold food. Overall food 7/10 service 4/10 probably wouldn’t go back

My family and I had a great time. The staff were accommodating and made my Son’s 21st birthday celebration feel special.

Serving took a bit long here and there but they apologised as it was hectic and busy but we enjoyed the service regardless and the portions were massive especially for an expensive bill which is no fault of theirs but the high cost of things unfortunately So overall had a good time, enjoyed our food and leftovers and thanks for dishing out nice birthday music when the cake came out for my daughters🙌🏾

The food was good but one order came really late and it seems the waiters whilst polite some don’t really pay attention to the orders. I never recieved my drink, they said they didn’t receive order which was bizarre, we were instantly told to the table was need for the next booking so we had to leave. They need to improve on their customer service. The girls at the bar were lovely.

The food was delicious with great portion sizes but the curry goat came out warm on the side but stone cold in the middle so was taken back and reheated in same bowl. The service was far too slow yet many people stood around doing nothing. It took over half an hour before we could even order a drink. The music was just that bit too loud that the waiter couldn’t hear what I wanted and then gave me incorrect information. He asked what mains we wanted and I explained that we were going to get the platter but my daughter wanted curry goat, so we ordered different meals only for someone on my table to get the platter with curry goat because the waiter had said they could!! The place looks great and has a really good atmosphere and the play list had us dancing at the tables. Our table had only three sets of cutlery laid out even though we were a group of 7, so it took asking twice just to get cutlery. I had to go up to the waiters twice to ask for some water for the table and we didn’t have any napkins either. The tempura prawns are one of the best things I have eaten in a long time!

Ran out of food from menu Best selling cocktail was also out Ordered rice which tasted burnt but we were told it was smoky Music was a little too loud Crab Mac and cheese was shy in the crab Our male server was great Tempura prawns were amazing The strawberry daiquiri and rum punch were also very good.

Had such a great experience! Even though we were late, they accommodated for us, the service was great and the front of house went above an beyond! The sweet chilli prawn starter was wow for those who are struggling to decide! Great food and cocktails will be back for sure!

Two orders of lamb chops got served stone cold. Had to ask for side plates 4-5 times.Waited over 40 minutes for my childrens food to be served.Waiter stretched over our food and his sleeve rubbed on the food forcing them to re do the dish.Ordered a cocktail served in a pineapple only to be told they’ve run out of pineapple. Complete disaster on my birthday😞

So unfortunately, my guests were SUPER late which caused some issues initially. But our host DR DAVIDDDD did his best to get our food, hosted us so well, and even helped out when order errors were made. He put in extra effort for the birthday girl, he added to our fun experience. The only downside was my friend slipped down the grassy stairs in her heels. Please, those stairs can break an ankle 😭 the food was so bomb - taste, presentation and quantity. 10/10. Cocktails were perfect. Vibe of the place was amazing. Definitely coming back again. Not late this time 😂

A nice inviting establishment. Food was very flavoursome & plentiful. The waiter was very friendly and informative too. The only downsides were our table was occupied when we arrived and our food came out at different times. (7mins apart).

Sweet1ne never disappoints!!! They outdo themselves every single time! The service was super quick and the food tasted divine! I love love love it there and so did my 1 year old daughter who devoured the jollof sushi and mac and cheese😁😁
