The worst customer service and pot bottom customer care ever. They don’t stick to their own opening times for takeaway, they don’t answer the phone or respond on their social media, it’s actually a joke.

Our waiter saved the evening as he was kind and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. I ordered surf and turf I was promised a ribeye but received a top sirloin and the lobster tail was overcooked and rubbery. I was really disappointed

Everything was just amazing. David, our server, was so attentive and looked after us. Our food was brought promptly and David kept checking in on us to make sure that we were good. Highly recommend this establishment. Keep up the amazing work!

Enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. Excellent customer service, great food and ambience. Definitely would recommend and I’ll visit again when I’m in London. Thank you to the staff Bolu for such excellent customer service, very professional and extremely helpful in explaining the various dishes and he was very polite and patient. Definitely coming back soon

It was quite busy but they managed to seat us quickly. Service was great. Food came very quick and was amazing. Would definitely recommend and be visiting very soon

The restaurant has cute aesthetics, offering a pleasant visual experience, but there are some practical concerns. The bathroom, located up a flight of stairs, could be hazardous, especially for pregnant women or those with mobility issues. On the plus side, the place was clean and well-maintained. One downside was the service: it was difficult to get the staff’s attention, and the wait time for our food was longer than expected. However, the drinks were served relatively quickly. The food itself was good but not outstanding, lacking a wow factor. The music wasn’t always enjoyable, and the atmosphere was a bit chilly, making it less comfortable than it could have been. Overall, while it has potential, the experience could be improved with better service and attention to detail.

Overall food was good. Server was very polite. Had to ask for side plates for starter. There were three of us but server only brought two. Also had to ask for new plates and cutlery for main. Ordered another cocktail, which never arrived - but wasn’t charged.

Very nice restaurant! Good vibes and very pleasant staff. This is my second visit in as many months both for birthday celebrations. Big shout out to Bola who took care of us on both occasions.

The food was honestly Top tier! The food came hot and nice, very tasty. And the portion sizes are very good. The seafood boil could probably share about 3 people, but me and my girl wanted to be big backs and have one each. The prawn scuwers were one of the best prawns I’ve had. We also had some sought of fried prawns with the best garlic sauce anyone would ever taste. This place matches its hype fr.

Staff were amazing, drinks were nice, but unhappy about my original choice of food not being available, as someone who doesn’t eat meat on the bone, it’s a shame that chicken breast is an option for takeaway but not eat in, even though its from the same kitchen. Going forward i’d like to see that as an option. The rasta pasta was very nice, well seasoned, but would’ve enjoyed it more if I actually got to eat the jerk chicken

We had a great time with delicious food. We were thoroughly enjoying the evening until our table was needed by other guests and we were forced to leave without having desserts. Also, one of us had accidently left a mobile electric fan on the chair and when we went back to get it, unfortunately it had disappeared!! Our table was being cleaned as we were leaving, so would have hoped that the waiter would have seen it. This was a big negative on our dining there and the evening.

I love eating at sweet one. The noise level is way too much but the food is great so I keep going back. Waiting time is long but so is the queue so it’s to be expected.the staff has always been great. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Upon our arrival, we were promptly seated. After placing our order, I inquired with the waiter about the estimated wait time for our food. The waiter briefly left to check and returned to inform us that it would take approximately 30 to 40 minutes. However, an hour passed, and we were still waiting for our meal. I repeatedly asked various waitstaff for an update and was consistently told that the food would arrive shortly. Despite the delay, no one approached us to apologize for the extended wait. Additionally, the hostess seemed to have minimal interaction with customers beyond greeting them upon arrival and taking drink orders. When the food finally arrived, well over an hour later, it was disappointing. The crab legs and lobster were not fresh, and the dish was largely filled with potatoes, making the seafood boil underwhelming and overpriced. Having experienced several seafood boils before, I can confidently say this was the worst and least value for money. The experience was so discouraging that I've decided to prepare my own seafood boil at home next time.

Food was all I expected and more. Waiters were nice but need to pay attention to detail. Otherwise a wonderful dining experience. Will return again.

Looks lovely inside. Dishes we wanted were sold out. Service was also a little slow. Food was good but not wow. Waiter that looked after us was lovely. Although I put it was a birthday dinner no one was aware. With a few tweaks it could be a great restaurant!!

The food is really good and the seafood boil is probably the best I've ever tasted. The portion sizes were large and if you didn't finish could ask for a take away box. However, the service was very slow. It took 30 mins to get the starters, nearly 50 mins the main and 30 mins the dessert. The restaurant was full but not busy, there appeared to be enough staff, however they had no sense of urgency. I'd definitely recommend the food, so maybe do take away but the dine in experience only if you don't mind the long wait between courses.
