We had a great time with delicious food. We were thoroughly enjoying the evening until our table was needed by other guests and we were forced to leave without having desserts. Also, one of us had accidently left a mobile electric fan on the chair and when we went back to get it, unfortunately it had disappeared!! Our table was being cleaned as we were leaving, so would have hoped that the waiter would have seen it. This was a big negative on our dining there and the evening.

I love eating at sweet one. The noise level is way too much but the food is great so I keep going back. Waiting time is long but so is the queue so it’s to be expected.the staff has always been great. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Upon our arrival, we were promptly seated. After placing our order, I inquired with the waiter about the estimated wait time for our food. The waiter briefly left to check and returned to inform us that it would take approximately 30 to 40 minutes. However, an hour passed, and we were still waiting for our meal. I repeatedly asked various waitstaff for an update and was consistently told that the food would arrive shortly. Despite the delay, no one approached us to apologize for the extended wait. Additionally, the hostess seemed to have minimal interaction with customers beyond greeting them upon arrival and taking drink orders. When the food finally arrived, well over an hour later, it was disappointing. The crab legs and lobster were not fresh, and the dish was largely filled with potatoes, making the seafood boil underwhelming and overpriced. Having experienced several seafood boils before, I can confidently say this was the worst and least value for money. The experience was so discouraging that I've decided to prepare my own seafood boil at home next time.

Food was all I expected and more. Waiters were nice but need to pay attention to detail. Otherwise a wonderful dining experience. Will return again.

The food is really good and the seafood boil is probably the best I've ever tasted. The portion sizes were large and if you didn't finish could ask for a take away box. However, the service was very slow. It took 30 mins to get the starters, nearly 50 mins the main and 30 mins the dessert. The restaurant was full but not busy, there appeared to be enough staff, however they had no sense of urgency. I'd definitely recommend the food, so maybe do take away but the dine in experience only if you don't mind the long wait between courses.

Had such a great experience at this restaurant! From the moment we stepped in to us leaving. 5 star service from seating us quickly, to explaining any complications with the menu and getting our food to us in a short wait time freshly cooked and piping hot. I got the big chopper - jollof rice, mac and cheese, lamb chops, spicy wings, plantain, coselaw and cabbage. The smokiness of the jollof rice and soft plantain stole the show for me, so delicious and cooked just right. The mac and cheese was nice also. The lamb was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the spicy wings were tasty. No faults at all, so yummy. My boyfriend got oxtails with Rasta pasta and garlic bread. Honestly the creaminess and the Rasta of the pasta was so good, and I usually don’t like oxtails but I tried my boyfriend's and yes, it was so tasty, might get it next time. The garlic bread was also so soft and crunchy. The restaurant isn’t massive but the size is perfect it and builds an intimate atmosphere. The music played was really good. It was overall a good vibe, Scrumptious food, and great service. Would highly recommend

The restaurant was busy so even though I had a reservation, we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. The service was good. It took about half an hour for the food to arrive but the food was brilliant. The staff was very helpful and polite even though it was obvious they wanted their table back as quickly as possible

It was my daughter’s birthday celebration dinner, the staff and manager was very friendly. The food was amazing we all enjoyed it. They made a mistake by with my daughter’s birthday cake but this was rectified and the manager sorted things out in a professional and friendly manner which we were happy with. I will definitely recommend Sweet1ne and I will be back.

I had a large birthday booking here on the 7th July and the food and service was absolutely amazing! I have to SHOUT OUT my waiter David! He was phenomenal and so attentive to our table and our table needs.
