Tapeo Cafe & Tapas

Friendly and helpful service, good quality tapas - some really good - and very reasonably priced (I've certainly paid a lot more elsewhere for something as good as this). A real asset for Beckenham.

The food is always good at Tapeo and the staff are lovely - especially friendly to children. I would recommend the octopus and the lamb.

No fault with the food, which is delicious, or with the charming, efficient service or the general look of this restaurant. Like most modern restaurants it is noisy with other diners shouting and the sound bouncing off hard surfaces.

This is the second time we've been to Tapeo and it was just as good, if not better, than the first. The food is superb, this is the best tapas I have had anywhere in this country. The dishes are not only delicious and full of great flavours, but everything is beautifully presented on the plate, without being overly fussy or relying on the cheap tricks of quirky replacements for plates. No, just fantastic tapas, presented well, in a restaurant with great service, and a lovely ambiance which brought a bit of Spanish warmth to a rainy, Beckenham Sunday night.

Great food, lovely staff & a buzzy atmosphere. The dishes come out as they are ready, so there is a constant flow of food - perfect!

Fantastic food, really was the best I had tasted there. Must try the squid ink risotto and the octopus. Staff were lovely and allowed us to stay comfortably for nearly 3 hours.

Our go to place in Beckenham and another lovely evening at Tapeo. The special was roast suckling pig which was excellent. And the staff are so lovely and friendly.

Great food and atmosphere. We had some slight delays with the food but this was brilliantly handled by the staff. Altogether well worth a visit.
