We enjoyed a great night with friends. Staff very friendly and helpful. Delicious food and good selection on the menu . We will definitely return.

I visit Tapeo often. The food is better than most Central London 'Tapas' bars and the staff are well trained and expert. The prices are much lower too. The best to be had in Beckenham.

Food was very tasty and wasn't too pricey Service was quick but you didn't feel rushed. Lovely addition to Beckenham high street. We will defo be visiting again.

Tapeo is a really lovely little restaurant. It has a great atmosphere, delicious tapas and a good selection of wines. The staff are friendly and we would definitely come back again.

Food was excellent, despite the restaurant being full, couple of errors with the order but service was excellent and these rectified and the nature of tapas meant it wasn’t really noticed. Slightly cramped tables would be my only criticism!

Excellent tasty tapas. Very original creations and it is very popular. Presa Iberico is a really good choice along with the Pork Belly. Will definitely go back.

Once again had an excellent time at Tapeo. Love the changing diverse menu, great atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff. Will be back for another visit soon.

Overall very good, only a few little areas that would have made it top marks. One of our waiters managed to drop the dessert down my wife. Otherwise a great night, great food.

Great food and pretty good service, but the atmosphere was a bit loud. It was a Saturday night so to be expected. Overall a really good meal.

Most of food was fantastic. One or two dishes average, i.e. Octopus (coating too rich), sea bass was a little bland, veggie paella- also a little bland. Would recommend chorizo, belly pork and patatas bravas as they were phenomenal. Great atmosphere. Very busy and buzzing.

Visited Tapeo last night for the first time. Great food,service and atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Would certainly recommend this restaurant. Ideal for couples or a larger group.

Very friendly and efficient service, good was wonderful, not given a 6 purely for the reason that the cocktail wasn't great but there was a good selection of wine

This is an excellent tapas restaurant. We shared 6 dishes and every one was delicious, and a couple were fantastic. Nice decor, good vibe. Not cheap, but you are definitely getting value for money.

The food was the star of the show, closely followed by the service and ambience. Loved the aubergine cannelloni and the sea bass was beautifully cooked. Can't wait to book again.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff and great tasting food, although perhaps would have liked a little more for the price. Will go again.

Makes a change to have such interesting tapas outside of Spain. Excellent choice of dishes, well cooked Great food and the service to match. Will return.

Lovely food, great atmosphere. Little pricey and service was quick to get initial meal but didn't ask for additional drinks or if we wanted desert. We sat drinking water at the end as no one offered any more!

Fantastic restaurant. Second time I have been here now, and the food, the service, the atmosphere and the staff are all among the best I have experienced in Beckenham. Could not rate more highly. The restaurant is not quiet, but I would not expect, nor want a tapas restaurant to be silent.

Fantastic food! A lovely selection and everything we tried was delicious. Perhaps not the largest tapas portions but the quality was great. Good atmosphere and service as well, i would definitely recommend.

Friendly staff and lovely food in a nice relaxed atmosphere. We were lucky enough to get 2 for 1 on the tapas on a Saturday lunchtime, which meant we tried dishes we may not have previously ordered. I will definitely return.

Fantastic Saturday night here, great lively atmosphere, very good friendly service, great menu choice and excellent very tasty food. Almost a cross between a tasting menu and a Tapas bar. Also the best glasses of Sangria either of us have ever tasted! Highly recommended!

Authentic Spanish tapas. New menu items. Good wine selection, Cava was great. Staff super attentive and pleasant. This was on a busy Friday evening. Do book. We will return. Even toilets rated highly.

Amazing food, well presented, friendly staff, quick service and reasonable prices. Place was packed on a Saturday night so obviously an excellent addition to the restaurants of Beckenham. Good night. We'll definitely be going back

We chose the restaurant beacause it was local to celebrate my husband's birthday, we were not disappointed, great service, great cocktails and great food, would definitely recommend.

Delicious food and attentive staff. We were the only table occupied by the end of the evening but it still felt atmospheric and the staff were not in a rush to get rid of us. Would highly recommend.

Really lovely food, very small portions though. Food came up quickly. Disappointed to see a microwave in use (rarely) and also where we sat we were too close to the toilet and kitchen exit. I would go back but only if sitting in front part of the restaurant

Great evening out. Really nice and attentive staff. Service just right, not intrusive, but always there when you need it. Will be going again. Also not just the usual tapas, but some quite different (and really appetising) alternatives

A great little restaurant, A great mix of food and really goods portions, service was brilliant. We had just returned from Barcelona and both agreed some of the dishes were better than the Tapas we had in Spain ! We will defiantly be back.

Great food and wine. Friendly atmosphere. Prompt service, only drawback is that tables are very close together and at it's busiest it can be very noisy and difficult lto hear what guests are saying.

One of my favourite restaurant in Beckenham and best tapas bar I know in the area. The dishes are as good as anything in Spain but probably presented better and of a better quality in many cases

Service was wonderful, wine and food was lovely. The Calamari let them down from scoring top marks. Frozen and rubbery...plus a very small portion. Please change as this will disappoint more than me im sure. I will be back but will not order the Calamari next time.

Food was excellent, as was the staff. A busy night, food came quickly, maybe a little too quickly so it felt a little rushed, but we'll definitely return again .

We had Gorgeous tapas , some came with a twist e.g. Purée with chorizo. Beautifully presented & flavoured food. Lovely decor, helpful staff . Will definitely be back!

Excellent food and service. Staff very friendly never have to ask as they on the ball. Quality of food is brilliant, authentic tapas. Recommend the Sangria, again authentic.

Tapas very good deal of 2 for 1 lunch time very good value. Looking forward to trying the breakfast menu. Loved the prawn gambas and avocado salad

Great food. Lamb, pork, paella and patatas bravas tapas dishes were delicious. The staff were very friendly. On the downside we were offered either a bench table in the window or the high table near the coats. I had booked online a few days in advance so feel I should have been told that those would be the only tables available. We took the bench table in the window but I do think this affected the service as we were out of the way and not in the main part of the restaurant so a little forgotten at times. Also we ordered scallops and they didn't come so we had to ask again. They were very small scallops for the price of the scallop dish. I ordered coffee and chocolate soufflé for dessert. Whilst it was very nice it was not a soufflé it was a molten chocolate cake. The liquer coffee was exceptional. Whilst we had a good meal, attention to the small details above distinguish my review of this being a good place to eat as opposed to a great place to eat.

Great selection of tapas. Lovely interior of the restaurant, Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Can't wait to go again! In fact, think I might go back tonight.
