The food is really good. We ordered the meat mezze. It was a lot of food - almost too much. The meat was succulent, especially the lamb.

Excellent food and service. Good was home cooked and delicious and the service was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return to this restaurant very soon.

the place was packed , yet ample staff to cope, so quick service from very pleasant staff and the food was wonderful and authentic - had meze(what else!) - just great and reasonably priced too!

Booking was fine and the restaurant were expecting us. Table fine service excelllent Cost fair certainly not cheap. Wine was good so had 2 bottles. Our sober daughter drove us home. will return

Easy to book, reminded of booking the day before. Nice welcome on arrival, good choice of inexpensive wines. Excellent starters that were well presented. Good gap between courses. Main courses were really good and inexpensive, the fillet steak we rated very highly. The staff were very polite, in particular Michael. The restaurant appeared full, deservedly so. When departing, the affable Michael shook our hands and held the door for us. Our friends were very happy that we had booked A Taste of Cyprus and we will certainly make further bookings. Greek hospitality at its very best.

Everything was perfect! I closed my eyes and suddenly I was by the sea! Food delicious and atmosphere amazing!!!! I recommend the Fish Meze and the greek wine!

Good service, great tasting food. Think there was a slight lack of variation on the morning and the portion size of the starter mezze was on the small side. Would recommend.

absolutely tiny portions of food. mixed grill (£20 pounds of food) is just a sausage, meatball and piece of bacon. I wont be going there again.

Another Excellent meal at this great little restaurant. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, quality food, good value (especially with Tastecard). Would recommend you try it if never been before.

Nice long established restaurant. Good range of choices. From our party of 5 the calamari was particularly good (best I've had) as was the swordfish steak. Good service and owner very pleasant. Would recommend.

The starters were over priced for the amount of food, 4 prawns at £6.95. Food generally quite good however the kelifico was over cooked and dry. The food was over priced for the quality. Service was good. Overall a bit disappointing 5/6 out of 10

We have eaten at The Taste of Cyprus several times before and it never disappoints. The food is excellent, the service is very friendly and it's good value for money.

Michael (The Manager) made us feel like old friends although this was our first visit. The waiting staff were efficient and courteous. We will definitely be returning. It wasn't packed out with tables to maximise on turnover but was subtlety placed apart giving a sense of 'space'. Although we don't smoke there is and outside courtyard to the front with some tables and chairs (great for summer dining) where smokers can have a sly drag. This restaurant actually made you feel as if you were in Cyprus. For those wine aficionados out there may I highly recommend the light fruity red Wine of Cyprus 'Troodos red dry' Don't care how much it costs - just buy it! You'll love it!

Being hungry helps and we were hungry. Fish meze was excellent as was the moussaka. Service was prompt and attentive. We have been before and we will return again.

I booked a table for my daughter birthday with Quandoo, arrived at taste of Cyprus, Micheal the manager was waiting to greet us, & explained the menu, we had meze starter, it is tasty & filling had no room for the main mixed grill had to ask for container to take home.

The food was wonderful, service good and staff really friendly. I Would definitely go again and would also recommend the restaurant to friends and family

Booked restaurant as my family had held my 70th birthday here in October. I took my elder daughter and granddaughter as Good food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere made an enjoyable evening.

i treated my mum and nan for Mother's Day, both were more than happy with the lunch. We were really impressed with both the fantastic food and excellent service.

We had a lovely meal everyone was happy with their choice from the menu. The staff were attentive but not in your face all the time. I would happily book to eat there again and recommend it.

Love this place. Reasonably priced, great food, great buzzy atmosphere, friendly staff. Have eaten here on a Sat night and restaurant is always fully booked. No long waits for food. Free on street parking. Try the meat Meze :)

The restaurant is well laid out, the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent !! There is a good choice on the wine list, the prices aren't too frightening either.. A Cyprus red went down very well with our lamb .. We never felt rushed by the staff, also we didn't feel we were waiting for courses.. Timing was just right, even on a busy Saturday night.. For a friendly relaxed meal with delicious food , not overpriced, it's a great place to go.. Give it a try 😋

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is excellent with a good mix of typical Greek food and popular English dishes. The service is also very good. All the staff are really friendly The prices are very reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. It's usually busy which speaks for itself. I would highly recommend anyone to give Taste of Cyprus a try!!!

Lovely restaurant with great food, the quality of the food was spot on but I feel that a true meze offers more meats and more food than what was given.

Delicious food, welcoming atmosphere. It didn't give my elderly parents indigestion, which is no mean feat in this day and age. I recommend the kleftiko - the meat is so tender it practically melts in your mouth.

Got a warm welcome when we got there was seated straight away. Within minutes we offered drinks and given a menu, there was a excellent choice and our food was brought to the table in good time. The food was excellent and the service even better.

Very good food, friendly staff, reasonably priced. A very pleasant evening. The lamb shank dish was particularly good. Cypriot wines were good and again, reasonable priced.

Michael made us very welcome. The food and ambience is excellent, so much so that we visited on Tuesday to celebrate our wedding anniversary and returned on the following Sunday with friends. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
