Since 2000, the family behind Tay Do have prided themselves on being one of the first (and best) Vietnamese eateries in Bethnal Green, specialising in South Vietnamese dishes such as hu tieu noodle soup and an array of produce from the grill that can be lovingly wrapped in rice paper. Not just that, diners can also enjoy classic street food flavours in the way of Vietnam staple, pho, as well zesty salads and seriously fresh seafood.
