First visit for our anniversary meal tonight and we were absolutely blown away by the quality and flavour of food and the incredibly genuine and warm welcome. We will be back! LOTS!

Everything was brilliant except we had a speaker over our table with quite loud music. We asked to be moved as 3 of the party are partly deaf and couldn’t hear the conversation. The waitress said they would turn it down - which they did but unfortunately it still proved a problem

Lovely early evening supper after a very local event. Even though I was dining on my own, my visit was really good! Attentive service, food served quickly and it was hot, delicious and very filling. The offer of a complimentary drink was extremely welcome and I chose a latte which finished my meal off perfectly! All at a reasonable price considering the high quality food, service and atmosphere!

Lovely food, we went four anniversary and it was amazing!

We were a party of 2 ladies. We were greeted nicely by the girl at desk and by the maitre de who took us to our table. Our waiter was very friendly and the food very tasty

This was our first visit to Taz, it was an exceptional experience from the greeting at the entrance to receiving the bill at the conclusion of our meal. The quality of the food was fantastic and was presented in a stunning way as they say the “first bite is with the eye” and this did not disappoint. The service was efficient but not overbearing. All in all a very pleasant experience was had at the restaurant, Thankyou

Food was excellent, the ambience was really nice. My only negative was that the tables are far too close together, we felt like we was sitting on someone else’s table.

The decor is amazing, staff very welcoming. Food was outstanding. Good value lunch time fixed price menu. Only one small moan - the music was to loud. Not sure if it was because we were near a speaker.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was seriously impressed with every aspect of our experience at Taz last night. It was our daughter’s 18th birthday and a Wednesday evening but the atmosphere was that of a vibrant Saturday night, stunning interior, delicious food, great atmosphere. Friendly welcoming attentive staff. The owner even introduced himself and gave a complimentary cocktail to our birthday girl. We will definitely be back again as we had a fantastic evening enjoying every aspect of great food, company and ambiance. What a gem of a restaurant in Rettendon very much worth the drive out of town.

Really welcoming staff and overall atmosphere. Although extremely busy customer wise nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Fantastic food for all courses and for my two friends also. Reasonable prices too. All areas spotlessly clean. Definitely returning again soon.
