Good service and friendly staff. Food came quickly, was tasty and reasonably priced. While food was tasty, I have had better. The Tom Yam Goon soup did not have the complex flavours I expected and the extremely spicy prawn dish was not spicy at all.

Pandanus Chicken was dry and not very nice. The panang was okay but too mild and had commercially cut carrots in the dish my. All my years cooking and travelling Thailand I have never seen this. Drinks service slow also make. Atmosphere was nice and so were the staff.

Great food with excellent service! The best Thai in south London for sure, especially if you are after authentic flavours! Also great value for money

Starters were amazing! Main courses were not quite so amazing as the duck and the squid were quite tough and chewy. Couldn't fault the service until we asked for the bill which took a long time to arrive and when it did there were extra drinks added to it which we had to complain about. That spoiled the whole experience. I had the air conditioning blowing on me the whole time which I could have done without. Overall though, it was an enjoyable evening and because the starters were to die for, I will visit Thai Crystal again.

Not completely sure they had our booking, but they accommodated us without fuss. Glad we went early as there was a queue within an hour - always a good sign for a restaurant. Food excellent. Served promptly, staff very attentive.

The restaurant is brilliant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was superb but we definitely ordered to much so we have learnt our lesson for next time. The staff brought out a cake that we had bought for my friends birthday and also let us out up helium balloons. I will 100% be back

was ok but have tried others and found them better ie NAM THAI (Bromley) would come back staff were very friendly and helpful explained things well no draught larger only bottels which are expensive

Service was very good but food just average. Certain good dishes but on balance not that impressive. Tables are a bit small which makes ordering lots of small dishes to share a bit cramped.

Delicious food with plenty to choose from. Great service and excellent value for money. No Pinot Grigio but the house white was a perfect replacement.

The food was truly tasty, the staff courteous and happy to help. The freshness of the ingredients and the various degrees of flavours from the more delicates to the very spicy were well represented in the several dishes we ordered. Thumbs up!

We went on a Friday night. The restaurant was busy and had a nice atmosphere. The food was very tasty, reasonably priced and no one left hungry. Staff were super friendly and attentive, although one or two eyebrows were raised on other tables for having their napkins put on their laps for them. Will definitely be returning.

This is a small and very friendly restaurant. Both the food and the service was very good and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
