Lovely place to eat. The chick pea, lentil and coconut dahl was to die for. Will most certainly be back for that again. Staff are great and all the food is reasonably priced. Win win.

We love the Art of Tea, however as a nut allergy sufferer the new menu is not great. 3 out of the 4 mains have: cashew nuts, pine nuts, walnuts or coconut. Love the atmosphere and great to chill with friends. Good live music. Just disappointed about the newer menu (although I realise I'm in the minority).

Very cosy and quirky which was the reason for going in the first place....lived up to our expectations. Food was very good and staff were great. We'll go again which is my best recommendation.

The tea room is homely and a little ‘old school’ quirky. Somewhere you can feel relaxed away from the hum-drum of the world. What else can I say. Great food. Lovely coffee. Wonderful ambience. Good service. Really lovely waitress.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the food was fresh and tasty. My halloumi salad was delicious.Would definitely visit again. My only complaint would be that the seating needed cushions for comfort, that’s all.

The Art of Tea is synonymous to Didsbury without the pretence. Thursdays open mic with Matt is a warm fennel whilst the pizzas are built, if you’re lucky with extras on top, never had a bad dish served at this place. It’s an Aladdin’s cave of music, tea, books, tea, picture framing more tea.....then cake, with beetroot! WTF! :)

The Art Of Tea is one of our favourite places for food. It has a lovely ambience, the people are very lovely and welcoming and the food and drink is absolutely spot-on. We have had the lunch menu on several occasions, but this time around we went there for an evening meal and it did not disappoint - absolutely off the scale! Fantastic.

Art of Tea has a really nice atmosphere and the staff are lovely. Went on a Tuesday evening for the 20% off your bill offer and ordered two pizzas - 4 cheese special and goats cheese and artichoke - they were delicious. Sometimes food can take a while to come out, but it's always worth the wait.

A lovely quirky corner fo breakfast - and great coffee as well as a huge tea menu. A great range of eats; toast a little underdone for my taste and as it came to the table ready buttered I felt it would be awkward to send it back - perhaps for this reason, I’d suggest butter on the side.

Such an amazing cafe, with an incredible soundtrack. The bookshop at the back is the best secondhand book shop I’ve come across in many a year. Worth a visit just for that!
