As normal the food was spectacular- we must compliment the staff on making the meal out so calm and relaxed. All organised perfectly and no problem concerning distancing etc. Sat down at the table and didn’t need to move again. Great way to finish the day! Cheers guys! Will, of course, be visiting again.

The food was delicious and the portions substantial. Menu choice was great. We waited a little but nothing too much. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. We will definitely return.

Nice restaurant, good service. Food was ok, but portions were small. Chips were an additional side order in a steak meal. For the same price, and quality you get more elsewhere

Food and drink really good as well as service. Had Sunday lunch which was delicious! Just one negative, the food could have been a little hotter, plates were cold. Won’t stop us up going back though!!

Nearly an hours wait for our starters and we were the only customers at the time.

Very nice meal and helpful staff. Service was very efficient.

We waited 50 minutes to be served 4 basic meals when the place was half empty. When the food arrived it was obvious that the chef had forgotten he was cooking it because everything was overcooked.....chargrill steak was cremated steak and the chicken breast was so dry that it crumbled when trying to cut. It was our first visit back in many years and our fond memories of the place were not bought back upon tonight's visit. Very disappointing.

I had Sunday lunch with my daughter. It was excellent as usual. The service was friendly and efficient. Well done.

We were welcomed nicely and taken to our table promptly, drinks order was taken and delivered quickly. The food order was were we were left feeling a little disappointed. Three of our party of four ordered food and was told by the waitress they didn’t have any of that option left, this happened not once but twice with one member of our party so he had to resort to having his third choice, which was kind of a ‘well what do you have left’ feeling. This may have been acceptable if it were later in the evening say 8 or 9 pm but it was at 630pm. Saying that, the food we did order was very nice and of high quality. This meal was booked for a Birthday Celebration which kind of left us feeling the edge had been taken off the occasion. However, the staff and the quality of the food were superb, just a shame whoever decides on the how much food to get from the suppliers didn’t order enough in for today. We have been here a few times before now and it has always been excellent, so it probably won’t stop us going again at some point.
