Great food and nice service, would visit again when in the area next.

A superb atmosphere, with attentive and friendly staff. The food was exquisite, and the serving size was perfect. An extensive choice of drinks. Highly recommended.

We didn't like the music. There was an event on and a there was a DJ, the music had too much bass, felt it was more suited to dancing than to eating. Had we known this, we would not have booked a table tonight.

We have been to the Beach House a few times and to be honest, it’s not as good as it used to be. The prices are now very high for a very mediocre eating experience. Service was not good at all - they actually removed the service charge as our drinks arrived after w head been served our main course. The bar had three staff and there were four waiting staff (as far as I could see) but there was no sense of urgency at all. Waiting staff stood chatting at the bar rather than taking care of customers. I sat and watched while the bar staff did nothing for about five minutes. The table next to us also has to ask where their drinks were so this wasn’t an isolated problem. The food was average at best but is charged at a price higher than many premium restaurants. Our fifth visit to the Beach House (we come to Blackpool once a year) - probably our last.

The service was excellent, the food was good. Overall a good dining experience, maybe a bit noisy but that is also expected with a full booked restaurant

Disappointing visit, came highly recommended for my Mum’s 82nd birthday so booked a special afternoon treat asked for best table, got a two seated small garden type table with water drips above, asked to be moved to corner round table, some staff attentive at the beginning but then forgot us, didn’t acknowledge Mums birthday until we were leaving putting our coats on! We’re not offered desserts, had to reach to pour own wine and grab attention to request bill, whilst being told table needed ! At £170 bill would have been nice to have received top customer service so withdrew service charge.

Arrived a bit early and wanted to have a drink at the bar beforehand but were shuffled into a small table that was small to say the least. There was no room for wine bucket so waitress said she would top us up.twice. Ended up doing myself. Food was ok and like the service was iffy.

We won’t eat anywhere els when we come to Blackpool.Always amazing food,very friendly staff.we were seated as soon as we walked in. and the view over the bay just finishes the experience off. 10/10 we will be back again in a couple months

The weather in Blackpool was bad but we were able to attend early for a coffee. Our visit was very enjoyable.i had an issue with the seating needed wiping before we sat down. Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Although we were the 1st customers in the eating restaurant, I felt our food took a long time to arrive. However, the whole experience was very enjoyable and I would recommend

We ordered pizza as they had no fish of the day. The pizza was not bbq base as it was described. I sent mine back and asked for it to be taken off the bill. My husbands pizza was bland. When the bill arrived there was no discount and my drink was still added plus s service charge. I asked for Sam the manager. She was lovely and did take off my drink. I would have preferred not to have had to ask. We were disappointed 😞

We went in for lunch, my friend ordered a Del Mar pizza which disappointed her. Stuff were friendly and offered her something else, she declined. I found it really funny tbh. We were given shots on the house and got discounted for the food that wasn’t eaten. I got prawns with garlic bread, was absolutely delicious and fresh. I loved the atmosphere, very welcoming and friendly stuff. Definitely worth it 😌😌

Fantastic location, staff and quality food - 10/10 - outstanding in every way!

Not impressed with the service. It wasn't too busy and plenty of staff. Food didn't arrive together, no side plates for tapas and nobody cleared empty glasses from the table even though they could see them when they brought the food. Overpriced and with a 10% service charge added automatically unfortunately we won't be returning for our planned wedding party in November.

They let us have our table early and didn't rush us to leave. Great food smd drinks and a brilliant atmosphere with a live singer. We had a wonderful afternoon and will return again.
