Service was brilliant however the food was bland and tasteless. Finding 3 bones in 1 fish goujon in the hake tacos was pretty bad cheffing skills. Lovely atmosphere and place but would choose to just have a drink there in future visits.

First time visitors lovely staff and really stylish restaurant . Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere, service a little slow.

We were looking for somewhetre for our wedding meal so as we live locally decided to go in unannounced !!! Service was average and we were kept waiting to order drinks. Not a good start. I chose a fillet steak and ordered chipsd as my side. Fiteen minutes later I was told they had no fillet so would I accept the rib eye. Three pounds dearer on the menu !!! It came with salad so this was immediately changed to fries. The steak was overcooked and fatty. I appropachesd, the manager or who I presumed was in charge, He actually cut into my steak and told me it was medium rare, I disagreed so he brought mer a steak knife. Shouldn't I have had a steak knife to start ? I tried to battle my way through the charlled mess but to no avail. My wife had ordered a chicken dish, it was too hard to cut into and again seem grossly overcooked.l Both dishes were sent back, in fairness we were offered something el;se but by now just wanted to go home,...................... They did knock both mains off the bill which still came to £60+ for drinks and a starter. We won't go back which is a shame, they obviously trade on the beachfront location........................food was at best poor and service to match !!! ...

Really enjoyed it ,the only let down was the tall male manager in a light blue shirt manhandle our server because she had her back to the customers.Instead of asking her to turn round he grabbed her arm and physically moved her.

Service was very good, staff were very attentive and professional. I had the fish and chips, fish was huge, fabulous tasty. Unfortunately the "peas" didn't look at all appetising. My partner had the wild salmon and loved it ( he also had a big chunk of my fish. Strange seating though .

The drinks came after our food which was about 40 minutes from ordering. Also the cliental was bad. Very loud and rowdy.

Great food and service. We were 30 mins late due to motorway incident and our table was still reserved for us. Best fish and chips!! Very hot day so a bit cooler would have been nice but location sax player and all round experience was fabulous.

Location of the restaurant is central and right on the sea front. We visited on a lovely hot day and sat in the conservatory. The food was excellent and the service the same. Wonderful place to eat

We have visited many times for drinks while passing by, but this time it was our wedding anniversary and we had a booked table for 2. Yes its not cheap, but the atmosphere and music make up for it on the longest day of the year.

Recommended venue. We were in the sea view restaurant. Firstly had to wait at the door for 15mins before being acknowledged, server( male) was good, female staff were asked 3 times for the wine, twice for a single dessert and 3 times for the bill. They didn’t appear to be understaffed and quite a few tables were empty by the time we were halfway through the main meal. It just seemed very disorganised. The female member of staff who seemed to be senior was very apologetic and did get things done when asked.

2 chicken dishes, 1 undercooked & 1 overcooked - this was mentioned to the kitchen. Waited 25 mins for a drink order & when it came it was wrong. Over charged by a round of drinks on the bill, took off the service charge as this was unacceptable. Becky our waitress was very good but the rest wasn't great. Won't be returning

Excellent food, service and ambience. Quite pricey, but as always, you get what you pay for. Thanks to all the staff that looked after our party of 4. We will definitely return and would certainly recommend you.

Nice setting overlooking the beach and sunset. staff friendly- bit slow to clear plates. salmon was nice- could've done with a bigger portion of potato & brocolli as a bit meagre. The fish & chips other diners had was huge. Steak was good. Cocktails were nice too.

Only complaint, I’d have preferred it if the lobster had been fully removed from the shell, it was quite messy and not easy to crack. Plus the baklava created by the chef, truly not good, sorry, I know he was being creative, but that was a step too far from what a baklava should be.

The food was very good we had the Kalamaki chicken skewers which were delicious if not a little over facing there was a lot of food on the plate, I had to have 1 skewer boxed to take away

The food was delicious. My friend and i both had salmon. The whole meal tasted fabulous. Our drinks were crisp and colourful. The staff were pleasent and attentive without being overly so. We will be returning.

Plenty of visible staff available, food was served in good time and tasted great, would have been nice to have cloth napkins on the table, beautiful sunset meal and good wine. Some consideration to placing some privacy tints on the main front door to screen off “Wendy’s” when dining in such as lovely environment. Will happily visit again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience was quite poor. The waiting staff were clearly inexperienced — I had to ask twice for a napkin, and my drink order was forgotten entirely. When I asked if we could move to another table (as it was difficult to hear my friend), I was told it wasn’t possible, despite the fact that no one showed up to use those tables for the entire time we were there. Even when I simply moved my chair slightly to hear better during our conversation, I was told off for moving the furniture ,which felt unnecessarily strict and unwelcoming. As for the food, it was honestly less than basic. I ordered a salad that turned out to be just a handful of lettuce leaves with barely anything else no care or creativity at all. Overall, the atmosphere was rigid, the service disorganized, and the food disappointing.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and always around when and if we needed anything. As a large party eating with children we found the menu was broad enough for something for everyone. The food was excellent we would definitely visit again
