Excellent Service, not enough choice on Menu can’t understand why everything is to do with Covid??

We really enjoyed our visit we had the Sushi x2 which was absolutely delicious, good sharing portions and great value , we did wait nearly 10 minutes to get served but that was the only negative if any . we will definitely be back .

Food very good - service not good - missed drinks - someone else’s food brought to us and most annoying a group of 8 allowed in sitting at tables next door to each other and us who kept swapping seats - certainly not COVID secure!

Food was just ok but the dining area was dark

Very disappointing experience, poor service- no staff around at any point when ready to order or needing anything Had to wait in the hope we could get someone’s attention. Despite this I was surprised to see staff being overly accommodating in letting passers by into restaurant to use bathrooms which meant customers like myself having to wait longer, and then u able to use 2 of 4 bathrooms due to them being left dirty and unflushed.

Waited 45mins from ordering until our food arrived bearing in mind the table is only allocated for one and half hours. The food was lovely but main meal arrived before we had finished our starters. We felt very rushed.

Was ok not quite as good as previous visits starters where amazing mains a bit let down but that was what I chose

Was very rudely treated doorman refused my husband back in tried to say he threw up when he never toilets never cleaned that’s y my husband was gipping we have proof he never threw up as a friend that was with us was with him outside so never got to eat our meal and also had to leave our drinks the place as gon down hill and they. Are very ignorant staff that work there

A more sophisticated experience than most of its surroundings, Beach House has a unique position, stylish premises, interesting menu, great food and friendly helpful staff delivering good service. Highly recommended!

Not happy with table. Wanted Tobey outside was told fully booked. other customers arrived after and requested outside and were allowed to sit outside where we wanted to be also was a table available there throughout our visit. Was supposed to be a special double birthday treat. We left miserable and disappointed

Warm welcome, and waitress helpful. Cheese and garlic bread to begin was really nice and fresh. Then, despite asking, a 45+ minute wait for our main courses. Fish and Chips £17 - OK. Mixed grill £30 - not very tasty and the presentation was very unappetizing - literally the food looked as though it was just slopped on a plate. . Informed the waitress who said she would let kitchen know. We were so looking forward to dining at the Beach House but sadly due to the main courses it did not live up to expectations. However we may consider another visit in the near future.

Food and drinks were great and the location over looking the sea was great, but the service from all the staff was fantastic, and made for a very enjoyable evening. We will definately be coming back when we next come to Bkackpool. Only thing I would suggest is a light on the table so you can see the great food you are eating. Highly recommend a visit.
