Lovely place. Lovely atmosphere . Really nice staff . But let us down on this first occasion ,

This is usually one of my favourite restaurants and we love the tapas selection. However on this occasion we were really disappointed. The menu choices were limited and the amount of food for the prices was shocking!

The service to be fair was fine, The main restaurant was really cold and the food was too really, they are all nice staff but the food not really up to much

Food was good when it eventually arrived. Not enough staff on duty and ridiculous wait times on kitchen spoilt the evening.

What a gorgeous setting and the service lovely and welcoming! But my fries were stone cold, husband had to ask for his fries twice (moule frites), and then they tried to charge me £30 for a £24 steak! The views were lovely though and kids meals piping hot

Visited after a years gap as was on business in area. As last visit, great food and friendly staff. However a bit disappointed when settling the bill to be informed that gratuities couldn’t now be added to bill payment using debit card .... as I didn’t have any cash had to settle bill but so wanted to leave a gratuity for our waitperson that’s I had to go and look for an ATM. Not ideal

Staff were first class, my wife has mobility Issues and they went out their way to make her comfortable. The food was awesome and the only thing wrong was it the time went too quick

2nd visit here. Disappointed compared to last year's visit in terms of food quality. It's the place itself that is the attraction. Cheese and biscuits £15 for 2.....crackers (No butter), 3 bits of cheese each, small dish chutney and a few grapes, some of which had mould on them! Very disappointing.

We booked a table in the terrace on Friday 29th Sept. We arrived early and our table was ready, good start! I also think we had the best table, in the corner by the window, facing the beach. We had the best view of the glorious sunset and the pleasure of watching the fireworks from the pier. The service was slow, but it didn't matter. There was a set menu, which worked on what was a very busy evening. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the atmosphere was great.

We were greeted with a smile and swiftly taken to our table with our waiter Rashid . The service was very professional and the atmosphere was relaxing and had accompanying music . The food was very delicious and generous :-) Rashid was very charming and attentive , making us feel very welcome . We would definitely visit again when we are next visiting Blackpool :-) H & V

Went for a birthday dinner last sat night, we first ordered drinks which took 15 mins to come then once we ordered our food it took a good hour to arrive, upon looking at our meals looked fine until we started eating and the chicken was over cooked! We did tell our waitress and she quickly rectified it and apologised and asked if we would like it made again or a round of drinks free of charge, she also took twenty percent off the bill, which was good but I do feel there prices are way too much anyway for food and drinks, you have to mind it’s blackpool we are in x

Food was lovely and staff were friendly and nice. But everything just took too long. We only had mains and we're there for 2 hours.

Nice location, prompt and enthusiastic but poor service. Got our order wrong because we were served by different people at every stage. Food and plates cold. Staff need more training, I think they all meant well, just not up to scratch, where were the management? Did not match my expectations or the potential of such a lovely venue.

We booked to have our meal before the illumination switch on. We had a great seat looking out to the stage. Our waitress was very nice and answered any questions. Our food came and was very good, enjoyed it. We were asked if everything was OK and everyone was very nice then things went down hill. One waiter continually came to our table and started removing things when we had barely finished them, he kept coming back and asking if we wanted anything else and we said not at the moment. He then proceeded to clear things off the table and started to clean it as though we were not there. To put it mildly he became a nuisance coming back to the table every 5 minutes as if trying to get us to leave. It wasn't busy and found this very off putting for any future visit.

All good just feel the inside now need some make over especially the terrace it’s a busy place so keep it right for us all .

Had a great vibe about the place , great service friendly staff. My Haddock was one of the best I have had easily 12-13 inches long 4-5 inches breadth, my wife had the sea bass which she said was beautiful though a small portion 👍👍we would go back on our next visit😀😀

The food was outstanding but we booked this restaurant for the sea view as it was our 25th anniversary when we got there they had shut that part. staff not bothered and standoffish it was very dark I like an atmosphere but I also like to see my food the chef did excellent food but was let down by front of house

great venue and food... the entire family lived it... we will be back very soon

The food was nice the service was not good at all had to ask again for drinks. Ordered tapas had to ask for plates 😕 not worth the money at all.

The meal was very nice but the service was quite slow

It was a fantastic experience. It was my sons 15th birthday and they really went out of there way to make him feel special. They have us a lovely table outside with a perfect view of the sunset, they brought dessert out with a sparkly candle in and really made us feel special. Our server needs a special mention , I think her name was vicky due was amazing and really went above and beyond to make our evening perfect. We will be back and have recommended to family and friends

Great food and atmosphere - when arrived we requested to move table to a sea view and were accommodated . Table could have been a little cleaner and table set up could be improved as no side plates , water etc provided

Lovely views really enjoyed it however toliets a bit of a let down compared to the rest of the venue and there was only one toliet with tissue paper in it.

Excellent service and food 👌 Relaxing environment need to come more

It was a beautiful sunny evening. We had a seat on the veranda. The food was lovely and the service was excellent.
