Pleasant staff and lovely food with a nice sea view

Lots of items on the menu not available. Serving staff great but food was slow to arrive.

We went for a birthday meal for a friend and the place itself is really nice, great views the staff are very good nothing to much trouble. Food very good,just a few problems as 1 of our party is a vegetarian and her pizza came out with ham on even though she said no ham. We also wanted some desserts but took so long for them to come to ask us that we decided not to bother. But overall it was great

Not up to it's usual standard, seating and table not wiped most staff very blaza and I had booked sea view and was placed near the exit very disappointed as it was a special birthday

Gorgeous afternoon out having lunch with friends. Birthday girl got a free Prosecco which was a lovely touch. Food was fantastic. We had steak wraps which were melt in the mouth and the pizza was very tasty. Lovely staff and the saxophone player created a very nice vibe. Definitely recommend but you must book so not disappointed. Well done .

A little pricey and overhyped for a basic pepperoni pizza that was undercooked in the middle and bland. Desert for the birthday girl in our party was a nice touch. Service was good, restaurant looked great but bass beat from the speakers was distracting. Prices for eating out are sky high so the food needs to be really good!

Very expensive for the quality and quantity of food. Broccoli was hard and inedible and both meals were served on cold plates which soon cooled the food down. Staff were pleasant but definitely won’t be back.

We return whenever in Blackpool, the service, the view and especially the quality of the food keeps us coming back! Superb! Thank you x

Friendly staff! Couple bit on main menu unavailable (obviously something we wanted!) but the food we had was nice. Dessert menu lacking due to having run out, but the cheesecake available was lovely!

A lovely way to spend my wife’s birthday. Sunset, good food and nice wine! Excellent staff and a good singer making the experience extra special. Only negative was the price of lobster so decided not to go for that!!

Terrible service here. Spoke to staff who weren’t interested, have also emailed a complaint but no one has bothered replying. I’d suggest avoiding & eat at another establishment, one that offers good service & appreciates their customers.

Fish was greasy, chips were rock hard. They knocked the price of a drink off but it was still £40 for inedible food

delayed main course , we were told 15 mins and it was over an hour without any explanation until chased , apologies made but many around us complaining about missing parts of their order and delays . food was very acceptable and tasty .

Service was fine and without issue. As expected within the industry, servers are young and need support whilst they develop. Couldn’t fault any of them but felt very scripted. The natural rapport with customers will no doubt grow with experience

Great food and service again. Stylish seafront bistro and bar, one of my favourite places to eat and relax.

Special occasion with my children, service was excellent, cocktails were great, food arrived hot and tasted delicious.

The food was ok, albeit rushed courses. The service needs improvement. We had to ask for cutlery, plates to eat our main course. We asked for the desert menu and no one asked us if we would like a desert or coffee which is poor. We then ordered a taxi and left. Overall needs improvement as it’s a lovely setting and know where like it in Blackpool.

Not great. They didn’t have what I wanted left, then what we did order came out wrong. Not impressed for the price. Disappointing experience

We came to celebrate our daughter's 10th birthday, and while the service at the beginning wasn't great—some of the food was incorrect and overly seasoned—things turned around thanks to you. By the time our waitress checked in, it was quite late, but thankfully she handed us over to you. Your exceptional customer service completely changed our experience. You made a lovely fuss over our daughter and truly made her feel special. We didn’t expect a discounted bill, which was a very pleasant surprise—thank you so much for that! We’ll definitely be back.

Im sorry to say myself and wife were very much disappointed with the food. I had the Meaty Pizza and she had the Greek pizza. Both were very dry, especially the quite substantial crusts. I havent left crusts like that since i was 3. Very much overpriced for what was on the plate. The Calamari starter was very basic, it had no umph. We love the decor, and the acoustic set. Doorman is a real gent, very professional, a credit to the place. We own a 5 star small hotel in the resort and beach house has been recommended for a while now, we hadn't been for a while and....well....only had starters and pizzas but, should get the basics at least better than this....

We were given a fantastic seat overlooking the sea, the staff were very attentive and helpful and the food was lovely

Lovely service but waited around 45 minutes for the sharing starter, which was alot of salad and not enough meat/cheese/olives. View is beautiful but food is a bit over priced.

I have visited the beach house previously. Real poor experience from start to finish. Plates lest after eating - wasn’t asked if we would like more drinks. Had to ask for our plates to be moved - table not cleaned - food was ok - overall experience poor - will not be returning

Waited 25 mins before anyone came & took our drinks order. Ordered mussels. 7 of them wasn't open so couldn't eat them. White wine & garlic sauce wasn't a sauce, it was a cloudy water & there was so much of it. There was also chillies in it which wasn't specified on the menu. Said it came with house bread but I had to ask for that as only the fries came out with it. Overall, quite underwhelmed for our first visit eating food. Certainly won't be rushing back. View & setting beautiful as always.

I have to say that this was the most amazing food that I have had in a long time. The atmosphere was relaxed and although there was music on it was at just the right volume to still be able to have a conversation. The steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster and pasta that my partner and daughter had was fantastic. Will definitely be dining there again
