We met with friends and it was good to have choice, which for us, offered varied dietary requirements. Great fresh hot food and there were fresh made pizzas from their oven. It was a very welcoming place with a great Rustic ambience and a warming fireplace..

We had a fabulous evening with friends , staff were attentive but not in our faces , really enjoyable and will definitely be going again ☺️

6 people booked for Sunday lunch- Had to ask for the menu after waiting. Ordered our lunch came back after 20 mins to Say half the meals weren’t available. Waited 1 hour for anything to be served! Not the best of roast dinners!

Food is not consistent waiters should not clear tables when people r eating & not nice too see waiters backside - thin legging plus bar staff was rude. Pub not the same as it was. Mr Pearce

Amazing place everyone very friendly, Food was superb. It was just a tad too noisy by a young family with very young children so a lot of screams and general noise but this would certainly not stop us visiting again 10 out of 10 Thank you

No meet and greet waited to be shown our table, waited for someone to take our order, no one cleared our food or asked if we wanted desert, no one brought a bill paid at bar no one asked if food was ok, pretty poor service, staff training badly needed

Very friendly staff. Food was a little slow but was OK.

Waited an hour for our food as the kitchen lost the order. Roast potatoes were hardly cooked , red cabbage and the cauliflower cheese were soft and mushy overall a lot to improve on.

The food was exceptional and their was plenty of choice. Service was fine but perhaps not as good as on previous visits ( the staff didn't particularly engage ). The only negative was we had to wait longer than we expected for our food - and it wasn't a case of the pub being very busy.

Great food. We had the Pad Thai noodles, Fish & Chips, Beef Bourguignon, and Beef Burger, all of which were very good. Lovely staff and a nice atmosphere

Lovely little local pub. We had booked and had changed our time so there was a little bit of waiting but overall really accommodating and friendly! Lovely food we opted for Fish and Chips instead of a usual Sunday lunch as was really nice home cooked food. We will definitely go again

Very attentive staff and nothing was too much trouble. The fish and thai green curry were cooked to perfection and enjoyable but the burger was a disappointment.

Great food and service but was very noisy. Acoustics not great, Father had to turn his hearing aids off so we couldn't actually converse.

We found this to be an excellent venue, with good food. The Fish & Chips was EXCELLENT and I would strongly recommend them.

The pub is very welcoming. The food was very good, but I'm sad to say the service was very slow. Because we liked the food and atmosphere of the Bell Inn we will certainly make a return visit.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience, the food was just about ok but the service was dis-organised. The wait for the food was to long and the staff walked around with their eyes shut.

Wonderful food, at times a slight delay between meal being finished and cleared, then dessert being offered. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff.
