Early days for The Bell since it was bought bought by St Austell Brewery. I requested a a particular table when I booked some time ago which was already taken and I didn't receive any comment/apology. The food service wass incredibly slow and the menu not very inspiring. I hope things sharpen up once the new team have settled in.

We enjoyed a relaxing lunch with all the family and the service and attention of your staff contributed greatly to that. We also enjoyed the food. Getting the order in and receiving the dessert course took a bit longer than expected, but otherwise we had a nice time.

Really tasty food and good service. I had the shakuska which was fabulous. My friend had the Thai curry which was also fabulous and the lasagne was ordered too. All tasted great and you could tell the freshness of the ingredients.

We waited 20 minutes to be served and only got service then because my husband went and asked. The food is nice but very overpriced. £19 for a burger!
