Love going to the Brickmakers. They were very busy but we were impressed how many staff were on so there was no long waiting times and the service and food was very good. However the only negative was it was very noisy that it was hard to hear the people opposite you in the table.

First time back here in quite a few years. Attended for a business lunch, venue is really nice and spacious. You can see the kitchen which we liked. Busy but didn't feel rushed and the ladies that do the service were excellent. Food very good indeed and reasonably priced given the quality and portions. Toffee pudding was to die for!! Overall recommended and we would go again.

I had booked - I know the place well as it's local - my guest wasn't local so I was rather sad that we were ignored on arrival - all it needed was a smile and "I'll be with you shortly". The food has always been good but please don't get complacent on the personal touch - as you know there is a lot of competition in the area

This is not our first visit and without doubt it continues to please. Excellent food, always well presented and the staff will always accommodate menu request changes. Excellent services, pleasing venue good value. We will continue to recommend and eat there.

We visited for my Dad's Birthday and the staff were so welcoming. This place is perfect down to every last detail and must be visited!

Great food, large portions! Swift, friendly service from all staff. Plenty of people frequent the pub but it never feels overcrowded. Lovely garden too with heaters and blankets. Visited may times, and its a firm favourite now,

We were a little early for our table but were still seated, which was good. Staff very friendly and food was excellent. Variety of food and drink on offer - what more could you ask for?!

Very helpful and attentive staff and delicious food. The garden area is very pretty and inside decor is good, comfortable seats. It did get noisy when a party of 12 women arrived but up until then it was very pleasant!

Very busy today as the sun was out so lots of people in the garden but as always great food with tasty specials board too and of course it’s usual efficient service.

Great service and food quality as always very consistent. Great location parking normally an issue thou. Staff well trained and knowledgeable of products. Some tables can be a little cramped but overall great.

The burger was too big to actually eat!! However food was up to its usual standard!! The restaurant for a Wednesday night was extremely busy, we were pleased we ate early as it was becoming just to full.

Lovely early evening meal- great food for everyone including a vegetarian, coeliac and a 5yr old. Staff professional but also friendly- we never felt rushed. You just feel so comfortable at the Brickies.

We visited The Brickmaker for Sunday lunch today. We booked our table and so glad we did, it was full! The service was excellent. The food is all home made and delicious. This is our second time here and definately won't be the last.

Always come here on special occasions, tonight was Valentines, they did have a valentines menu but you didn't have to have it, we picked our mains off the special board, my partner went for seabass and I went for the cod special, and we were delighted we did, fantastic meal, great looking plates and tasted great, and the staff , all of them looked after us all night, including giving every lady a red rose, what a nice touch on a special night.
