Had a lovely time at the covered wagon. The waitress was very attentive and the food was very good. Portions are massive

When we walked in and was greeted the first two servers knew nothing about our reservation and were just left standing at the front wondering what was going on. We eventually was shown to our table. We had to keep catching someone's attention for drinks orders, then the food order and then we had to wait for a portion of chips and a naan bread way after our food came out. The meat was not of good quality and the curry sauces I have had better in shop bought jars. The chicken was rubbery and was really poor quality. We won't be returning. Food and service was not good at all.

The food here is incredible. As soon as we walked in we were seen to quickly and taken to a table, the service was quick and it didn’t take long for our food to come either. The mixed grill here is unreal, well worth every penny!

A friend from out of town was visiting and requested a genuine Brummie Indian meal. Food was amazing and costs are very reasonable. We left full and happy. Not the first time that I’ve been to the Wagon and definite won’t be the last.

We ordered food we was not given any dips we had to ask and then we had to wait as 3 plain rice were missed by time it arrived food was warm

Took a little longer than expected to get seated, since we had booked. But since we wanted a good view of a screen to watch a football match, they did work a seat for us fairly quickly. The food was excellent. My biryani was tasty and the naan was crisp and light. With a lot of other folks watching the game, the atmosphere was great. The waiter did drop a spoon while clearing the table, which landed in someone's lap - more haste, less speed. But enjoyed the night, if not the result.

Always excellent, and very friendly. Food plentiful and delicious - we had lamb kebab, special biryani, and dishes to take away as well which they catered for no problem.

The service wasn't the best, the food came out quick, so quick the table wasn't set. No plates or cutlery. Food was sent back as it was over cooked. Food wasn't available. Drinks were slow to arrive and then they were wrong but was still charged. Not the best for 6pm setting on a Friday evening. We have been a fair few times and not really had any issues, we will go again. Because the food is good in general, just maybe they are pushing it out to quick to free up tables, which would be a shame to loose the taste and vibe.

I booked for 16 people we had a lovely time and the food was really good and great value for money! I was served by an older man but his customer service was first class he preempted my needs and was polite and attentive, I gave him a deserved large tip, it was a great experience everyone was happy👏🏾👍🏾

We love it at covered wagon. We find the restaurant quite loud as we are a quiet household but we are prepared and happy to spend time in a louder environment because it’s so nice there. The atmosphere is cheerful, happy families celebrating so it’s not a negative thing at all. I love the chicken bhuna, the meat is so soft and perfectly spiced. My kids love the spicy chicken tikka. Lovely presentation of all dishes and great portion sizes.

We had a fabulous meal, thank you. Our granddaughter had her leftovers for breakfast the next day.

The Service was quick, staff were very friendly. We felt comfortable asking staff for assistance, and our server was very friendly. She was joking with the table. Even when finished and paid our bill we were not rushed to leave until we were ready. And the food was amazing this was my second time and I will be going back again.
