New menu meant that many options weren't available and those that were weren't that pleasing. Looking forward to the full menu to choose from next time.

Food for Sunday lunch is delicious but we had to keep asking for service and there were no table checks and out wine was just put in the table without being opened or poured. However, this is unusual for The Cow

Didn't have the veggie burger but the food was still good.

Appreciated the staff sorting a table by the children area. The children loved the play area and we had a relatively peaceful lunch.

Lovely pub, great quiz every Tuesday. Bar staff are lovely

Great meal :-) Have had (and loved) the roast, thought we’d pop by for dinner. Big plates, great flavour and four very happy diners. Staff are really friendly and it’s got a good pub vibe.

Very good food! And nice family atmosphere with lots of activities for children

We’ve been here a couple of times before but this time the service let us down. Let down from start to finish, no taps were working - ok we can get over this as can’s were offered. but it was our food that was the disappointment. We ordered our food, only one of us ordered a starter but this came out with the main meal which was odd as why would they want olives on the side with a roast dinner. Also one adult meal was missing, my husband went to the bar to ask if our friends meal was coming and he was stood at the bar for 20 minutes this was whilst his food was getting cold! this was definitely ordered but the waitress simply said it wasn’t on the receipt and gave no apology. we had to ask for dessert menus, these were offered but never got given to us. we ordered the desserts and the ice cream came out the wrong favour for my daughter, we didn’t mention this as thought there was no point as no one seemed to care. The children’s area needs some attention, dirty and broken toys. Unfortunately we won’t be returning again.

Only negative is the optional service charge add to your bill.

Friendly and helpful staff were very accommodating of our children. Food was tasty.

Potatoes were to big and the roast was warm, all staff were very happy to ask how we were getting on, but felt like no communication amongst them, asked for the bill 3 times when they came over had to get up and ask for it another 2 times. Food was nice though

Went on Quiz night so it was very busy. Pre booked table. Service was friendly and atmosphere great. Already booked again for a few weeks time.

Great food, wonderful staff and so very child friendly. Love this place.

Booked for 5 but at the last minute another joined our group. That was no problem. Our meal was very tasty and we all enjoyed it.
